Vess rush forwards, disapears and reapears in front of the kobolt from where she blasts the kobolts and the knight with a thunderwave

It looks like the kobolts take 10 damage and is pushed 10 feet away while the knight takes 5 points of damage and is not moved
If the zombi can be frightened (coz I'm not sure that undeads can be frightened) then it is for a round

two nat 20s in one round…brutal. Everyone give me a DC 10 dex save as the thunderwave shakes loose a few more rocks. 8 damage on a failed save, 4 on a success. I’d argue that Zrukz & Cassyt are juuuust outside the room and won’t have to roll.

There’s nothing to indicate that a zombie can’t be frightened, so it is.
Vess, your spell reverberates through the room, causing a bit more of the stonework to fall. The two sleeping kobolds get flung hard into the wall and then immediately dies.

The knight withstands but is immediately also hit by Zrukz, Chitkree and Pierce and she looks really bad at this point.

The zombie looks to flee from Vess, but Augustine lops its head off before it gets far.

The badly injured knight sees a blur of multiple Vesses in front of her and goes on the attack. Her first attacks makes a mirror image disappear, however her second attack badly injures the eladrin.

Cassyt calls down another sacred flame on the knight and she looks close to death.

Chitkree moves quickly to check the red robed figure to see if they still live and can be saved. If so He stabilizes the figure then searches and removes from them for any items and correspondence.

Tickcha moves about the room searching for secrets or interesting smells

Vess, it’s quite apparent to you that it is a teleportation circle.

Pierce & Aramil, going further into the chamber, you find a modest-sized room,
appointed in the furnishings of living quarters—a few straw pallets, a couple chests (full of mundane personal belongings), and a table with a few chairs—all in complete disarray. Furniture has been turned over and upset, papers are strewn all about the room. Among them, you find some papers and a set of maps of the catacombs that might be of interest. Both are written and labeled in Draconic.

Those of you that speaks the language see that the papers detail an order from a Rath Modar to someone named Rorreth who you believed to be the red robed man. Rorreth was tasked with creating a host of undead to help him dig through the catacombs in an attempt to locate something called the Pool of Radiance. The map seems to indicate that he didn’t find it, but there is a tunnel heading east which he has labeled on the map with an arrow and the word "pool".

Apart from the papers you find a lockbox containing 100 gp, and after searching the bodies you manage to find another 75 gp along with some assorted junk and a dead mouse on the kobolds. You also find a fine writing set that you might be able to sell for a decent bit of gold.

Zrukz, you can see the excavated tunnel that was detailed in the maps, but otherwise there’s nothing unexplored in the area. Looking at the maps, the only part that was left unexplored seemed to be the large area with all the crypt from which the maps seem to detail a shortcut back to the entrance.
