Vice the gnome and Kleber the Jhorgun'taal bid Gzizmix farewell and depart the stable. Leon wishes you luck and promises to keep the Lady’s team and elemental cart safe. "I’d love to continue our chat on elementals later, Kleber.", he says with a nod. You make your way on a busy road and after a short journey, you reach the town of Vathirond. The sun is beginning to dip toward the horizon, but the streets of the large town are still alive with people.

Once a junction of the lightning rail from Breland to the west, Cyre to the east and Thrane to the north, Vathirond now serves as a centre of trade for Breland and Thrane. A twice daily train to Salvation Outpost is the only use of the eastern spur. Modern buildings and comfortable amenities mix with large areas of commerce and old industry. Its old meets new everywhere you look. The town’s people are casual and friendly. You don’t feel out of place among it varied races.
The Mournland treasure hunters and glory seekers that can afford it, stay in a corner of town near its rail station. With the direction of the helpful locals, you discreetly reach the Little Hen tavern. A finer establishment than the Grey Beyond tavern of Salvation, inside you recognize the same characters you’ve come to expect of those seeking their fortune in the Grey. At the bar, a tall Aarakocra in a a neatly pressed white shirt and a well-made vest tends his patrons. He sets two magically glowing drinks on the bar as you approach.

"Good evening, friends! Welcome to the Little Hen. I’m Fauntleroy. What can I get started for you?"

OOC:
For those joining, feel free to introduce your characters. I leave it up to you whether you’re already in the tavern, or joining after Vice and Kleber enter.
