1. The Cloakwood
She struggles against her webs, as though trying to twist through the air towards Aldous and the rest. "Ny hlove!"
Meanwhile the Stella's ice spider has succumbed to a particularly large sword spider. The magically conjured beast poofs into stardust. The remaining arachnids return to their positions on the ceiling, though a handful of them head to Centeol and secure her in more webs.
They don't seem to care that Stella's there, or that she's removing a certain cocoon. But Stella herself, this close to Centeol and in spider form, feels the magic of a spell begin to affect her mind:
SERVE, the magic compels.
Why couldn’t Chelak been captured by butterflies… or trolls and gnolls.
Conscious thoughts started to fade and her legs slow. What was she doing with this again? She had a cocoon...Ah, of course, she was feeding her mistress...
She starts for just a moment to pull the cocoon towards Centeol, then she hears Aldous' voice and sees the barest glint of his torchlight on the sword in the cacoon. Aldous. The sword. Tiber. They were on a rescue mission. Her spider eyes spark briefly with orange starlight, angry at how she had almost been dominated and hadn't considered how Centeol controlled the spiders. They fade to icey blue, as she hurriedly scuttles around the ground, now once again dragging the cocoon towards the exit.

Spider-Stella has nearly made it back to the group with the cocoon.
"I go' her." Centeol pulls a clawed finger across her throat, a wheezing laugh coming from that horrible mouth. "Tanova! She died a' my hannd. And Dzgawn... JON!!! gave me thihs new hform." She lifts her hand, and the spiders all about begin to twitch. "He brough' me here, and hcommanded the hspiderhs to hcare for me. To hfeed me."
Stella makes it back to the group.
Her eyelids close over her blind eyes, and when they open, a number of other eyelids open on her face and head to reveal shiny black arachnid eyes. "And hnow I hunger."
As one, all the spiders in the chamber (except Stella) take one step towards the party.
In one of her eight eyes, She sees the large sword spider that slayed the Ice Queen Spider...Could she break the command by casting Dispel Magic?
She hadn't studied any form of enchantment...this was new ground to her. Experiments it was, then.

Requires attunement
While you wield this magical longsword, difficult terrain doesn't cost you extra movement. In addition, magic can neither reduce your speed nor cause you to be paralyzed or restrained.
When you hit a spider (or spider-related creature, such as an ettercap) with the sword, the target takes a 1d6 extra damage.
She gives Dieter a comforting smile.

She stares at Aiwe and the rest for a long time, apparently weighing the decision. Finally, the spiders lose their tension, and several of them bring her more cocoons to suck on.
"Go hnow. I hdon' wan' you here whenn Jon comes. When he comes..."
When she and the party and their cocoon is safely away she bends down to help free Chelak, or what is left of him.
"Ah, I was really hoping she wouldn't be a problem," she sighs as she does, genuinely sad.
Eye-stars blue and body trembling, Stella breathes quickly, ready to bolt away. She was used to spiders. And she was used to Giant Spiders. She was not used to so many on top of powerful magic threatening to dominate her mind.
She helps to cut away webbing from the face and check for a pulse.

It takes some time, but the companions safely escort the young man back to his twin. They don't have anything to offer as thanks, but they acknowledge the family sword looks much better in Dieter's hands than in theirs. Resolved to never set foot in the Cloakwood again, Tiber and Chelak happily return to their farming life.
And so the companions find themselves once again just outside the Cloakwood, ready to continue their search for the hidden iron mine.
