Talking of spells - Luther, I think you still have a Cure Light Wounds prepared. Would you like to use it on one of your injured comrades, or yourself, before you rest? It would seem a waste not to.

- Gabbro: 4/7 HP
- Luther: 6/9 HP
- Ricard: 16/18 HP
- Johann: 3/5 HP

OOC:
I would use it on Gabbro personally... Definitely don't use it on Ricard. Could use it on Johan but I'd favor players first

Luther will walk up to Gabbro "Hold a second there my friend." He will lay hands on Gabbro and say a healing prayer releasing healing energy.
OOC:
Gabbro back up to full hps

Kopper Kettle
You spend a (relatively) restful night beneath a scratchy blanket on the straw-covered floor of the Kopper Kettle’s dormitory.

You wake refreshed the following morning, ready to go again.

Everyone, please deduct 7 coppers for bed and board. Pickles - if you could also pay for Johann, that would be great.

Luther - I’ve assumed you pray for Cure Light Wounds again, but let me know if you choose something else.

Luther will get to his room a pray to the One God and do his devotions to replenish his spell.

Ricard will stop by the market after breakfast to see if he can trade his old regular sword for some lantern oil.

Happily Pickles had paid for room and board, and collapsed into the rough cot to sleep like a corpse. The following morning he waited impatiently as he ate absently at the breakfast provided . . .

Horath sleeps like the dead and wakes (surprise, surprise) hungry!

Kobald Market
Whilst Luther prays, and Pickles and Horath tuck into breakfast, Ricard departs the Kopper Kettle and heads to the market hoping to trade his old sword for some oil. At this time of the morning, the market is relatively quiet. As well as the kobold stallholders and the bugbear guards, there is a group of three Ghost Beggars (although not Zorrel Gnast), and the dwarven architect and his entourage.

Ricard is able to trade his sword for 5 flasks of oil (each takes one encumbrance slot, so you might need to share them around).

Ricard brings the oil back to his group and hands out four flasks to those with room, keeping one flask himself and ditching a few torches to make room.

After the oil is handed out, Ricard heads back to the market to look for a coil of rope...

If possible he will trade for it from his collection of torches and perhaps the bag of salt in his pack...

If not, coin will suffice.
