Luther will volunteer to guide Jessica's body down as it is lowered by the rope. He doesn't want in banging of the ladder.

Pickles looks down the shaft and then turns to his companions, "Jessica won’t be more dead if we drop her down, right?"

Ricard helps to repurpose the rope from the liters and serves as the topside anchor when lowering her body.

The Halfling shrugs then moves to help the body with Jessica’s body. "I can climb down with the body and make sure she doesn’t bounce against or get caught up on the ladder."

"The short one is right. It's not as though she can get more dead."

Luther will look to Horath"I would think you have more respect for the dead than that. She was our comrade at arms who feel in battle."
Then to Pickles"I will take care of it. You are more than welcome to help he cover the body."

"Hokey Dokey." the Halfling says to answer Luther, as he steps back to help Ricard as much as he can.

Between you, you carefully and respectfully lower Jessica’s body into the Sanctuary beneath the Ruined Chapel.
No. Whilst the room with the statue of Chthonia is thick with dust and cobwebs, there is nothing suitable for covering a body.

There is plenty of debris in the Ruined Chapel above, but it’s mainly wood from the smashed pews.

"How much of this stuff do you also want to stow down there?" Gabbro asks, looking at the pile of goods they liberated from the kobolds and goblins.

"Maybe half?" suggests Ricard.

"And who shall we turn the other half over to?"

Horath shrugs. "Death comes for us all sooner or later. The disposition of the remains matters little. It is one's faith that determines where the spirit goes."

Luther looking for something to cover Jessica's body.

Pickles never felt welcome at the altar happily stays up in the temple, "I say we give it to the Beggars, try and worm our way into their graces a bit more."

Nope. The crates and barrels are secured directly to the litters with rope. The goods themselves consist only of rations, wine and crossbow bolts.

Gabbro helps tie loads with the rope and lower it down to the team putting supplies in the Shrine.

Ricard nods in agreement with Pickles,

"Best way for us to get further into their plans, maybe they give us a pass on the tax too."

"If the question comes up with the kobolds as to where we got these goods (like at the checkpoint that we have to pass through), what do you think we should tell them?" Gabbro asks as the group continues moving the half of the goods down into the shrine. "It seems likely they'll recognize their own goods. Did we 'just find them?' "
