"Mind already blown." Tav says with a laugh and slips the small vial into a tiny concealed pocket inside the lining of her left boot. "I'm sure NYC Millenial News will be all over that when it has time to get off this Frost epidemic. Ai Janet 'aka tentacle tits' Parker needs something new to tit-ilize the masses."

Marcus chuckled in his own eccentric manner at Tav's wit. "Janet may be one of our regulars, but you're spot-on about the... ahem, enhanced aspects. She's alluring, sure, but hardly a paragon of natural beauty, if you catch my drift. It's getting increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction in this day and age. Everything seems so... artificial."

His expression turned grave as the conversation shifted to the Frost Virus. "Oh, this Frost Virus is no laughing matter. Some of my friends and customers have fallen victim to it and been whisked away to quarantine by the CDC. I haven't seen or heard from them since. It's truly frightening. Can't say I have much faith in the government's handling of it either. This doesn't seem like your run-of-the-mill strain of Corona, and I suspect they're downplaying the severity of the situation. The numbers they're feeding us? I'd bet my bottom dollar they're far from accurate." Despite Marcus's tendency to exaggerate, his concern was palpable this time.

"I suspect you are right, Marcel dear." Tavisha agrees. "Never trust the government or any of their enforcement agencies..and never take anything for granted." She pats her boot at approximately where she's secreted the small vial of Dust. "Anything..." She repeats for emphasis.

Marcel smiles with satisfaction, pleased that Tav shares his perspective.

"You know, if you're ever looking to make some serious cash, I can introduce you to the right people," Marcel offers, his tone low and conspiratorial. "With your network, you could help some of my associates move their product. And as a bonus, it could score you a nice discount for your own needs."

"Anytime you're interested, just let me know. I trust you, Tav. We've known each other for years," he adds, his expression earnest as he extends the invitation.

"I will keep that in mind, dear." Tav responds to Marcel's offer with a smile. "It means a lot to me that you feel you can trust me. We're going to have such a great time at the show tonight. My usual for such an evening will be appreciated." She adds, referring to her occasional indulgence of premo powder.
