As for the combat, working on the BattleMap now but we are looking like this for initiative

Demons Act
Everyone acts

So basically it will become side initiative after the demons act and Charun waits until then.

This is a fairly tight quarters fight so since your group moved first please let me know if I need to move the tokens around. all started far enough away not to initiate any AoO to basically move anywhere in the house.

Charun is fine as he would not want to stand between Susan and her summons as he was uncertain about both
