We are finishing with the show, but in order to continue interest, we will begin at the same time on the murder of Thunder.

Who is Thunder?

Thunder is the former leader of the circus, found dead right before the show.

Some of the audience got rowdy and looked about to start a fight, Vespera wanted to intervene but there was a bit of mixup regarding whether they'd actually gotten violent yet. IMO we're mostly wanting to defuse the situation.

No worries, I'm still hopeful we can resolve this in a halfway decent manner. There surely is a nonlethal way to end the fight.

Wait, did you remember to add both class and race HP values for your starting HP? I didn't at first either, but Martha has 22 HP now. Vespera should probably be around the same.

Vespera is an Elf, base 6 HP, has 8 Con, a -1 HP adjustment, and Champion has 10 HP base. So 6+(-1)+10=15. Elves are built for grace, not durability! Hehe ... I made her something of a glass cannon ...

Hmm, unexpected choice for a frontline class, but hey you still have two fifths of your HP left lol.

Actually Vespera is more melee support than straight front liner, but good question. Do we have beefy front liners ... lol ...

@testlum: Concerning the bucket trhowing itdepends if you plan to only throw the water or put the bucket on the victims head as well.

I propose another Stealth move DC 15 to see if you can be near enough without them to notice you, and an acrobatic vs AC to put the bucket on the head or just a range attack circumstance bonus +2 to throw the water on one adversary. If you have another idea please tell me.

Uh, the plan is to just throw the water on them. Like splashing a group of fighting cats.

EDIT: Might I also check whether combat in the future will also be run gridless? I'm happy to play games that use theatre of the mind, but I do not think Pathfinder 2E is quite fitting for it. Particularly due to movement rules like Step vs. Stride etc.

No generally I use maps, but since it is only 2 persons in small place I prefer describing a map would not bring much.

What do you expect to happened by throwing water on them ?

Narrative wise it was meant to surprise the angry guy and make him sputter, distracting him from brawling. Maybe in terms of Pathfinder 2E mechanics, it would demoralise him?

Oh I thought it was meant to sober him. I take some liberty sometimes from the rules, so yes he will be mad but will not react this turn.
