[RE-CLOSED] (Custom D6) - “Hero Girl Sprite”

I wrote the L&F code for this site and tweaked it for this very game. So once the game is live, you just need to include the reason for rolling: "Hero" or "Sprite," plus your number. (Exactly one space before the number.)

So here’s Player 4 rolling an attack:

Dice under her number are hits for hero rolls and dice over her number are hits for sprite rolls. The code colors hero results blue, sprite green, and the actual result is in red.

More than one hit in a video game is called a "combo." In L&F, more than one hit is a success with no complications. So P4 just kicked a bad-guy’s butt!

2d6 is always the default. But let’s say Player 2, the tiny fairy, obtains fairy dust that can shrink a person. That would normally turn a human fairy-sized, but when used on herself…


Well, that worked better than expected. If a player rolls 3 hits, they get a bonus effect. I think I’ll give her the ability to dilate her size throughout the scene, which makes her really hard for enemies to hit!

Unfortunately, the enemies are going after targets with bigger hit-boxes. Player 3 needs to roll ANTI-hero (hyphen optional) and hope the enemy misses!


Ouch! Our Magical Girl was hit, though she wasn’t combo’d. So she only loses one 🩷 instead of two.

As for the Amazonian Player 5, she is bravely traversing an anti-magic field so she can deactivate (read: smash) its power source.

She needs to roll Anti-sprite to get through it. She purchased The Teddy Bear of Protection to make this easier. So she rolls one die instead of two!


…and she rolled a 5! That’s a miss, and misses are GOOD when you’re defending.

Also, rolling EXACTLY YOUR NUMBER is how you roll "girl." That does not normally count as a hit, but if TWO players roll the Chinese character for female (女), they can perform a Team Combo, which counts as a success for both players.

But that’s a detail that can wait until it comes up in game. Let’s see if we get get a couple more players..!
