I'm still content to continue, although if I may, I do have a single concern. (Feels like I'm complaining a lot here, but I promise, it's because I like the game! :'D)
You haven't answered some of my mechanical OOC questions from the game thread, including one I asked twice, and I'm not sure if you missed it or didn't want to answer. In case it's the former, would you prefer me to somehow highlight my questions/only ask them in OOC thread/tag you in them? And if it's the latter, I would prefer if you at least acknowledged that I asked something, even without an answer. Otherwise I'm just left wondering whether I should ask again. :D
[ +- ] And I would still like an answer to at least this one

As for the number of players, I'm happy with three players, but I don't mind if you recruit more! I'm looking forward to our reunion. :3

I don't have any particular preference for where the plot should go, although the longer I am in Terrorwatt, the more I'm starting to lean into "let's start a riot and the maybe overthrow NODOS" mindset. I certainly wouldn't mind trying to unite Terrorwatt robots for a grand escape plan. :D Halcyon might not have been planned as a revolutionary archetype in the slightest, but well; it's the human robot evolution!

PS: Maybe you can just do away with the book adventures and instead do the planned merge with the other two Y0 games, if they're still up for it? That would solve the player numbers, and can be a fun hook? (Random humans/mutants showing up in Mechatron and causing trouble, let's go! Or random robots showing up outside, whichever works best.)

These are awesome suggestions Koldik. As your PCs grow further, I intend to have the plot be inspired by the characters' decisions rather than strict adherence to the published adventures. (I think the Halcyon in Terrorwatt plot was the first sign of that!)

The leadership gap might not be an issue with what happens next. Sir will still be in the first bit of the plot to transition to the next chapter. The NODOS confrontation might just be the climax of the entire adventure, who knows?

Flying, thanks for pointing out that sometimes I don't get to your specific questions yet. Maybe it's how my priorities work, I think to answer them when they are immediately pertinent to what might happen next for you to respond to. I don't think I make adjudications too far in adcance. (The Hierarchy question came up precisely because we 'made up' the idea earlier that robots recognised each other's Hierarchy through some networked information, which then led to the question whether it meant that if one is offline, Hierarchy shouldn't matter or does not register. These are not immediately rules-based, we'll have to sort it out.)

As for the MY0 games merging, the happy / not-so-happy updates are as follows: the Genlab Alpha game is down to 2 solid players, much like this game. That game will carry on, but like this one, especially if I can recruit, which is what I intend to do for both. The core mutant game fizzled due to mismatched commitments, and thats how MaJunior switched over, he had a chance to join either or both! So paths will cross somewhere down the line for sure.

I don't mind not receiving answers right away, but can you please acknowledge that you saw the questions? Like, just a simple "I'll answer this later"? Otherwise I'm just left wondering if it was missed and whether I should ask again, and that's just awkward. :D

(I would imagine being offline means that robots can't detect each other's hierarchy; kinda like they can't detect names? At least that would be my immediate thought; although I don't mind it being something else.)

Shame about the mutant game fizzling out, but it did bring us MaJunior, so can't complain about that. :3 And looking forward to the paths crossing with the Genlab fellows! Eventually.

My update here is that we are at two original players, (and Flying's taking a short break). For those who've played with me, here is where I evaluate how to proceed, typically by recruiting. Two is usually my threshold for putting a game on hiatus too, I typically need the momentum of a small group to maintain an ongoing game.

Will report again soon!

Just a side note, I'm back around, mostly. :)

Welcome back! In whatever capacity you're at. We're still on our in between break, am still deciding how we should proceed.

Thanks! :3 I'm happy to jump back whenever we resume.

Hi everyone,

I haven't forgotten that I've kept this game open, because I thought to sound out one or two players who might want to join us. Doesn't look like that'll happen. So I shall close up here.

Thank you Flying and Koldik for two of the most interesting characterisations I've had the privilege of running, which allowed me an opportunity to tell two different story threads. And thanks again MaJunior for jumping in even though I didn't get a chance to take your game further.

Hope to play with you in another game!

Damn. I was hoping to continue, but it is what it is. Thanks for a good time! I'm sure we'll do it again soon.

This is unfortunate, I was looking forward to leading a robot revolution. Alas, I shall continue on my own then; do I have your permission to kidnap Steve, its friend YUK and Pluto for some solo adventuring, @BedzoneII? :D

Good luck to you all! Doubt we'll cross paths again, but it was a fun time to experience with you folks. <3 Game on, fellow robots humans roleplaying entities!
