One-on-One games (Duets) can be pretty fast posting since you're not waiting on anyone but each other.

Welcome @Mathias0077. As we are scattered around the world, 1 post pr 24 hours is usually the fastest game pace you can find. I have seen games there the GM askes for players within a giving time zone to facilitate a even faster pace, but those are rare.
Those of us who crave a more than one post pr day, join multiple games. Personally I have found that 6-9 games is right for me. Other like @Qralloq is comfortable with GM'ing and participating in 18 games at once.
