Party Up!

I am ready to move the story on as soon as groups are organized and destinations selected. Once everyone currently at New Paphos makes their selection and there are only 2 groups we can move on. If you are not with a group please change your selection to join one. You are free to continue chatting if you wish. If everyone is ready to go and is fine with being assigned a group just select the "No Preference" option

A couple of observations. The underdark group is currently without a spell caster or healer. You guys might want to recruit 1, both, or find ways to fill the knowledge/skill gaps. (only spell casters or those with a pertinent background are fluent in reading)

Skeeve is interested in the High Mountain Valley to fulfill an old promise.

He is also interested in investigating the Paphos Civic Centers. I would have voted for both, but I could only choose one. I am not locked into just one path, however, and will gladly do what others are interested in. The spider creatures did give him the creeps, though.

Grin is eager to go for a longer journey out from the base and into the underdark. He is well equipped and is willing to help teammates equip themselves if they need assistance.

Also, he can recognize most labeling on common foodstuffs which he is proud to call reading.

About the underdark for those familiar with it and those not. It is very expansive with tunnels you have to squeeze through (though we usually don't dwell on this to avoid mental trauma to the players/characters/DM) to caverns larger than football stadiums. It can, and occasionally does, rearrange itself due to earthquakes, burrowing monsters, and erosion. It has it's own ecosystem and there are branches of the People who lived there before the Shattering but since that time communication with them has been sparse.

Oliver is in for some deeper underdark discovery!

Regarding magic, I should eventually take Spell-touched to satisfy the prerequirement of the custom prestige trait that Psybermagi made for alchemist

Looks like we are sticking with the Underdark and Western groups. I'll give a bit more time but plan to get things going tomorrow for the civic center reclamation.

The Underdark group is a bit low on numbers so I would ask @ChrSch Aizashi to join them.

I think Felix might enjoy the dungeon crawl off the underdark not than the archeology of the other group

Also, I think @Arkmenos mentioned possibly exploring the Underdark - no pressure.

Well if he want to then I guess Aizashi can take his place with the other crew

Either one works for me. I can join which ever group is shorthanded :)

Alright looks like everyone posted. The two newcomers said they had no preference and Ealdwig swapped groups so This will be the groups for the next adventure
