Interest Check: Mothership 1e

I am going to be running Mothership for my in-person group in the next few months. I wanted to run a short campaign here to test out some encounters. My goal is to run something for a few months, but it could go longer if we're all having a great time. It's anyone interested?

I've been running a Mothership game since February, and I've been trying to find a game to join as a player since last year. I finally found one and the GM ghosted after a few weeks, so I'd love to play in a quick adventure.

I am absolutely new to Mothership but I love dark, gritty, horror of Alien universe. If you can accommodate a newbie like me, I would love to try this out.
