A Time for Harvest Gameplay - Chapter Two

"I can handle myself," Evie says, immediately sitting down. "What's going on?"

Mathis carefully reaches into his backpack with his other gear and grabs a small cloth sack that his tent stakes were in, then gently and covertly slides the pistol into the bag, and hands it to Alma.
"If I am right, you will need this more than I will anyway. I use other means to defend myself. So yes, please hold it."

Mathis looks around at the group that has been assembled here, and notices another newcomer with bill.

"Names Mathis and it's nice to meet you. I hope you have been briefed on what you have gotten into. I will let the two the ladies haven't met start, introduce yourself, and tell your part of the tale. I will go last and fill in everything i know and the parts that were left out."

"He didn't need to convince me of anything. I helped rescue him from... Well, I suppose we'll get to that." Chuck holds into the reference material he collected, unsure of whether to defend Mathis from Evie, or vice versa.

"I'm Jane, I showed up to find a decent Latin-English dictionary and then this sap got fidgety and now I'm going against my better instincts because I want to know what's going on."

Oh, I'm Alma, by the way Alma introduces her self to the group sheepishly

Clive has been watching the argument like he is at a tennis match...kind of taking it all in. "Um..so these are your friends, Bill? he says under his breath before he steps forward again. The name is Clive. Glad to meet you." he says going to shake Evie's hand, Alma's hand, and then Mathis'. You know...if we've come at a bad time...

Clive looks over at Jon and looks at Alma. Is he okay?

"He is fine, just worn out. And its not a bad time per se, just a dangerous one. But since it seems everyone is shy here. I will start. Have any of you ever heard of something called a Mi-Go?"

"Lets go ahead and assume 'no,'" Evie answers.

I'm not to sure about it, either. What is a Mi-Go? Clive asks, leaning back against a shelf with his arms crossed. The duffel bag at his feet.

"Are those the hooved things?" Chuck pales at the thought.

Clive looks over at Chuck. Hooved things? What the heck are you talking about. A type of goat or something?
