Are we still waiting on players to introduce themselves at the tavern?

For the most part. This is the first time all of you have the room to yourselves without having to put up any sort of façade. Of course, if some don't wish to introduce themselves, that's up to them.

"Jandral" is in wait-and-see mode.

Did we lose the gnome?

We'll play it by ear for now. If we end up losing Sajib, I'll open up the game to another player and move the gnome to the background.

navyericj has become inactive and Kuroi has to (temporarily, we hope) go idle, leaving the party with 4. My question is, do the rest of you want to continue with 4, or bring in one or two more players?

I'm fine with either decision, as your missions will be adjusted accordingly.

I'm up for adding at least one more player

Sorcerer, rogue, two fighters -- we could make a go of it, but I think one more would be good.

Are we going to continue the story and just add them in when they show up?

If we add another player, they'll join you in progress.
