Please tell me if you think your PC is ready, or we should start creating him/her in this thread and what option you are choosing: "Concept first" or "Full Old School".

I will be doing a "concept first" build, based on the ideas I presented in the recruitment thread.

Race: Human
Background: Pilgrim
Attributes: See below; will be allocated next post, with +1 Cha (pilgrim) and +1 to choice
Class: Monk
Luck: 11
Rerolls: 2
Initiative: Will be calculated in the next post
HP: Will be calculated in the next post (level multiplier = 2)
Death Save: Will be calculated in the next post
Skills: Divine Lore (Pilgrim), Scriptures (Pilgrim), Persuasion (Monk - good for a vizier), General Lore (Monk - good for a vizier), Apothecary (Monk)
Class Abilities: Martial Arts, Monk Technique (Spirit Strike)

Converting the 10 into the 15.

All looks good, but one thing:
I think you should have Will so it will give you at least +1 mod (so 13 or more) as number of starting monk techniques depends on this(check the rules). 12 is not enough to get Spirit Strike. Or maybe you want to begin without any techniques and get it at lvl 2?

As our sheet should count the rest of the stats automatically:) , please submit your final(not testing) character sheet when you will be ready. Now you can have to PC so you can use that if you want.

Ahhhhh. Good points. Still too much in the D&D mindset. Thanks, Pedrop. Let me re-allocate those scores, please. I'll use the newly revised sheet you built. Although I did think it was cool how I had Success, GS, and TS in the same set of brackets, and Success did change if it was a skilled roll :) Thanks for letting me play with the sheet!

If you really prefer those small changes - I will not have problem with your sheet having them. Only thing I prefer is to sheet work(calculate) the same for everyone and the general layout to be the same, so we will not waste our time to look up values if every PC sheet would look different:)

I have accepted your PC, most things looks perfectly good, but I have few questions/remarks:
- I think Scriptures is not skill, but equipment. Also I think you should have also those skills: Acrobatics, Apothecary, (so 7 total, 6 from class 1 from Background)
- you have 1 USE of Monk Techniques per level , but due to mod you could choose 2 to know. So I think you should have 1 checkbox next to ability name?
- I can see that you have done some shopping:) Ok, no problem with Sling. But... Healer's Kit (2 uses) is rare gear and would cost much more. I can see that in playtestbook it's not very well indicated, but in final it certainly is.

The rest is all good:) I think we will be doing bonds in common thread soon.

Yes! The Art is mega cool! :)

I believe you are correct. So I will remove scriptures, add Acrobatics and Athletics, and substitute "Gather Information" for the class-provided apothecary, which I think fits into the vizier/elder advisor motif.

Unless the release changed, v5 says on page 8 under item 15 that if a human starts older, they adjust their scores AND start with one extra use of the 1st Level Class ability.

Unless the final version has changed, it is part of the Monk class starting gear. Page 35.

I'm sorry, I have missed the part about aging:( You are right. 2 Abilities uses then:)

And sorry again:( as I somehow missed the Healers equipment from this class - but was sure I have checked that:( So, you of course got the kit.

So... it looks that we are done here - from mechanical pov.

We will get back to your backstory and bonds in common thread soon - as hopefully most of PCs will be ready any day.

P.S. I added "Temp Luck mod" to your sheet, but didn't touch weapons section as it looks that you have your changes there:)
