The Goblin Cave

Raven is first up.

As the goblins start to attack Surge, Raven rushes out to help.

Wolf'en Surge will join Raven on the attack. He brings his longsword & dagger combo to action.

Raven rushes to get to the goblin that popped up to shoot at Surge and with one hit it falls at him feet.
Surge too moves to attack that goblin and in doing so all but steps on another, it is so under foot that both Surges attacks miss.
Goblin 2 after frantically dodging Surges blades and seeing it’s comrade killed in one hit, disengaged and makes a run for the cave entrance. To avoid coming into swinging distance of Raven it has to cross the river then up. Decklan’s Turn

Decklan will take a shot at the fleeing goblin, hoping to prevent its escape.

The goblin goes down at the cave mouth, end combat.

"Were either of those our former prisoner?" asks Tatiana. She cautiously moves up to follow Raven and Surge, heading for the mouth of the cave.

"As much as I wish to pursue into the cave. Doing this tomorrow is much wiser."

"No time." It's a simple statement, but Decklan begins making his way to the cave entrance.

"The goblins are alerted to our presence, and they have prisoners," reminds Tatiana. "Any time we waste increases the risk to Master Gundren's safety. And if altruism will not compel you, perhaps coin will; Master Gundren is responsible for your pay."

Upon looking at the goblins, you can tell that neither is the one that you had talked too/interrogated earlier.

"Just letting you know that I can no longer heal anyone nor change today. Life is over pay. "

Tatiana spares a look back at Surge to ask a simple question, before continuing to the cave without waiting for the answer.

"And is that all you're good for?"

We are heading into the heart of the goblins. Can you heal. And Raven is already hurt.

Without looking back, Tatiana says, "Hide in a hole until tomorrow if you feel useless. Some of us still know how to swing a stick."

"So be it."

He says to Raven, Do well and take care. " He casts Bardic Inspiration on him.

Surge will move aside and hide.

"If anyone requires first aid I am a trained medic" Ammos will pat the healer's kit hanging from his satchel, "I agree that time is indeed of the essence and that splitting up is not ideal."

He will try and observe the hill or mountain that the cave leads within, searching for clues of other cave entrances. "I suppose there is no way of knowing if there is another exit... They could be fleeing with our friends as we speak."

Ammos will try and speak to Tatiana subtly, "I would prefer you not lead the charge within... It should go without saying we face a dangerous gauntlet ahead, we two are hardly suited to run ahead." He mentally reels through the arcane charms he has access to.

"My magika has run dry... I could cast some simple charms... How about you?"

"I still retain some power," Tatiana answers. "Enough for a flurry of magical bolts or to ward an impending attack, or even some telekinetic manipulation. Otherwise, I have my fire."

She draws her wand from her sleeve, and touches the tip to enchant it with an orb of light.
