Hey all! I've been around here since end of July and thought I'd formally make an intro post.
I'm 33 years old and my irl ttrpg friend invited myself and another one of our players here and now I'm kind of obsessed! I used to play Call of Cthulhu with them, but right now we're playing Mothership. We've also done a handful of other games together, and I'm preparing Delta Green's 'Sick Again' to run for them when it's my turn to run!
I actually did novella-style play-by-post rp for a long time (20+ years) on other forums, but it wasn't centered around ttrpgs and their mechanics, so there was no dice rolling and such. I was nervous I wouldn't 'get' how to play here but so far it's been really fun! And I'm really amazed how welcoming the community is here! Thank you to everyone for being so kind and open!
I also currently run Vampire: the Masquerade (v5) irl, as well as Delta Green, along with other games for occasional one-shots or w/e comes along. My favourite game is Bluebeard's Bride and I'm hoping to run that for a third time soon eventually.
I'm also desperate to run The Walking Dead (what a well-formatted book!) irl so we'll see if that ever happens.
Anyway, I like horror, weird stuff, and weird games! If you're running something weird, hit me up!
