Chapter Three - Return to the Mournland

Torhak watched the activity around him as members of his new party reconnoitered the the surroundings and kept watch. He didn't want to interfere with their processes, and this wasn't his specialty. Instead he chose to keep watch from the ground as best he could, he readied his warhammer into his hands in case they were set upon by an ambush, and to be ready for when they were to move out.

"Oh dear..."

Torhak, seeing the threat, bellowed loudly, "FIRE!"

As the sudden light temporarily blinds Vice, he's starting to feel very happy about his decision to bring more people along for this job.

As fire flashes ahead, Laulalith feels her ring grow warm on her finger. She curses under her breath, but the words come out as the sizzling of flames touching rotten wood.

"Oh no oh no!" Meepo stammers out regretting that he didn't see the dangers and put his new companions at risk

Tryne gasps at the sudden appears of a ball of flame.

"Again?!"

"Quick question Laulalith: does this thing like you or hate you?" Vice ask from the top of the cart.

Meepo will counter spell if he could. But not sure if he has sight on the one casting the spell.

Rolling save in case I can counter spell.

Meepo sees the fire ball charging up and puts both hands up towards the living fireball closes his eyes for a slight second and turns his his head as if he was about to be punched in the face by a school yard bully and says "no no no no". The deep sourcerous magic that wells up deep within him swells up and instinctively bends the weave to cancel out the living fireballs magic.
