I don't have the book yet. How does it handle dragonmarks? Are they backgrounds now? I like that.

This interests me, I have limited familiarity with 2024-5E and 2014-5E. I'm old and slow on the uptake but I like to write. I have the 2024 books but know nothing about Ebberon which feels exciting.
