Raines's inappropriate cliche has defeated Ragnar!

Rocketeer, you're up!

The droids aren't much help, but Rocketeer's "persuasion" has some success. She's able to reduce the power flow by exactly 54.7%. While this doesn't directly affect WeatherCore's already-stored power, it does have a noticeable effect on the containment unit containing Meghana.

Before, it seemed Meghana was unconscious, or too weak to move. Now you see her stir inside the unit, and her hands weakly slap against the cracked glass panels! The weather also changes slightly around the unit. Given a momentary reprieve, it seems she's summoned enough willpower to resist the power drain!

The Valkyrie's electrical attack accomplishes nothing...except jolt WeatherCore's targeting system! It once again has a good lock on all of you.

WeatherCore's algorithms have determined the best way to thwart this annoying pixie: a tornado! Insanely-strong winds surround Small Fry, tossing her about! The winds also hurl shrapnel around, possibly lacerating her if she can't extricate herself!

The mini-tornado would've shredded a normal-sized being...but Small Fry is invisible to the naked eye, dodging molecules instead of actual shrapnel. So while she experiences turbulence from the wind, she takes no significant damage.

And he succeeds! The power drain restarts, and Meghana's struggling ceases; she's again either unconscious, or perhaps...dead?! Is the strain finally too much for her?!

Raines also slightly boosts WeatherCore's targeting system!

Rocketeer, you're up!

Raines gets pummeled with yet another fist, as well as his own droids! The irony isn't lost on him, though he has little time to work himself up into a lather. Bloodied and broken, he slips slowly to the floor. His duplicates blink out one at a time, as if the tech is still straining to stay in the fight.

The megalomaniac lies there, drifting in and out of consciousness, nursing his shattered ego, and still daydreaming about an improbable victory.

Shield Maiden, you're up!

WeatherCore is down to a manageable level. In your future posts, please make it clear whether you're attacking it directly, or interacting with the controls/system, which will be a target number roll.

Sensing the direct attack, WeatherCore activates a power surge! Shield Maiden is barely able to get a good whacking momentum going, when a lightning bolt strikes her directly in the chest, driving her backwards and scorching her armor!

The tough-as-nails weather-warping device now targets Rocketeer. Previously, it's tried to stymie her with cold and heat. What now?

Well, why not both?

A wave of heat slams into Rocketeer's left side, a wave of cold into her right side. Her armor will have to compensate for both extreme temperatures simultaneously!

Brave? Reckless? Both? However you'd describe Rocketeer's effort, it ends in failure. Punching WeatherCore at this moment is like punching the sun; her entire arm is in danger of being vaporized!

She's spared a maiming by a terrific energy backlash that sends her crashing into the ceiling, then plummeting to the floor, where she makes a small crater. Even more warnings flash and blare from her armor's operating system.
