Do not, for those not familiar with OSR games or "d66" rolls, that's referring to rolling a d6 for the "tens" and a d6 for the "ones." Meaning your results will be 11-66. Notation-wise in the GP dice-roller, don't plug in "1d66" as that can provide results that are outside the range that the OSR's d66 is looking for. Instead roll with d6,d6 and you'll be fine.
Where the text says "you may decide which die is which," it simply means you get to choose which die represents the tens, and which the ones. For example, if you roll 1 and 3 on the two d6 rolls, that can be read (in step 2 above) as 13, or 31.
(Not that normally you're not allowed to do this. Unless the rules explicitly say you can, read the dice in the order in which you roll them. In the three rolls I just made on this post, reading them 'straight' would result in 55, 11, and 31.)
Rolls
d66 - (1d6, 1d6)
1d6 : (5) = 5
1d6 : (5) = 5
d66 Again - (1d6, 1d6)
1d6 : (1) = 1
1d6 : (1) = 1
d66 ONE MORE TIME - (1d6, 1d6)
1d6 : (3) = 3
1d6 : (1) = 1

A centuries old supersoldier! I'm Captain America!
...or I could be a centuries old fledgling psionic. Hmm. Seems awfully old to be a fledgling.

Dice roller didn't roll archetype the first time for some reason, so that is why the order is swapped!
So Vampire or animal channeler and then Alien Solder or Marooned time traveller. I can work with those.

62: One Way Timetraveller
26: Active Agent
Will have to think about these. Definitely leaning towards Arachnomorph. I kind of like active agent, I think.

Skill, Stamina, Luck looks good.
For your Archetype, here's what you're looking at:

Or

Note the d6 sub-table to roll on for this Archetype...
On the Origin front, I see now that each Archetype lists 'Any' or a single category (i.e. Mystical, Mundane, Biological, Tech, Cosmic, Temporal, Born Like This, Intentional Change, Item, Accidental Change, and Organizational).
For the Fledgling Psionic, any Origin can work -- so d66 is where it's at.
For the Supersoldier, that's tied to Organizational. Just roll 1d6 and read across in that line. (Though frankly I'm happy to ignore the requirement if you have a result you already like.)
Skill, Stamina, Luck looks good.
Origin is indeed either Animal Channeler or Vampire:

Or

Note that both Archetypes have a d6 sub-table to roll on if you choose that option.
Origin-wise, both of these Archetypes can be of any Origin... and you've nailed 'em. Alien Soldier or Marooned Time Traveler.
Skill, Stamina, Luck lookin' good.
Archetype-wise, looks like you have the book and have already chosen Paragon over Arachnomorph, but just so everyone can see them...

And

Both have that pesky (and cool) d6 variations sub-table to roll on.
Your Origin options are awesome! (Neither Archetype is limited, I see.) Either Possessed or Fledgling Deity! Very cool, especially when combined with your complication roll!
Skill, Stamina, Luck all in the clear.
Archetype-wise, you rolled exactly what BZ did! So see above for those snips -- or feel free to roll again if you don't want to play the Arachnomorph.
For your Origin... yep, Active Agent or One-Way Time Travelers. Active Agent might be a nice grounding for the team as you step up to fill the gap left by the fall of the Sentinel Squadron.

Rolling again for Fledgling Psionic just to see what Variation I'd end up with...
Hmm. So Professor X.

Skill, Stamina, Luck all check out.
For Archetypes, you rolled Laser Swordfighter.

Two things: first, remember you can skin this however you want -- doesn't have to be Jedi-like (per your comment in Discord). Lots of heroes and villains in the comics also use swords / powerful melee weapons.
Second, since you rolled doubles, feel free to roll d66 again to give yourself some choice -- no one else was locked into one Archetype.
Origin looks like either Trained By a Hermit or Sentient Robot.
