Orsik will move to the door and try dispel magic on it. Using a 5th level spell slot.

IF that doesn't work, Tante Lude reaches out with her TK, pulls everyone to more than 30' away and tries to open the door with her mage hand as it is reduced and hopefully not latching or giving as much resistance. .

I will also try using Mage Hand to pull the reduced door open.

Nyx sense no movement in the area they are in, but the door opens with ease revealing that the pool of water is a lake deep:

A dark underground lake opens up before you, its ceiling festooned with chains and gears—some of which appear to have dwarves dangling from them. A gigantic motionless stone cog rises from the water, with two matching cogs connected to it. Rusty metal conduitsstretch from the cavern walls to the cogs. The water of the lake is slimy, with pinpricks of phosphorescent light twinkling in the murk.

Just in front of you of moss-covered stone climb to a stone dock. Ropes lash a pair of rowboats to a dock post, and a rusty iron cage wallows in the slime, held afloat by chain and winch. Phosphorescent crabs gather at the bottom of the lake below the cage.

The dangling dwarves haven't noticed you just yet and you see they seems to cleaning the moss off the gigantic motionless stone cog.

I guess the description and the picture may still be confusing, so let me know if there are anything unclear about the environment

Zim (monkey familiar)
At its masters bidding Zim heads into the room and looks around.

Unseen Nyx
A bit of light in the room would help Nyx requests as he crawls closer to the door (under Tink)

I hold up my wand with the light cantrip cast on it, and fly 10' out, over the end of the stairs leading to the dock. What else can I see?

When Tinkara flies out the all 3 dwarfs you see notice her turn their attention to flying creature and look at her with crossbows at a ready. You can now see they are all undead wearing masks just as you met already. They don't attack, but watch you.

When Tinkara looks back she see where she came from
A worked stone column stretches from the bottom of the lake to the cavern roof and is attached to the nearby wall by another stone conduit.
OOC:
there is otherwise nothing more for me to narrate, I can share you a bigger map but it is still gigantic stone cogs rising from the water

The cavern ceiling is 20 feet above the foul surface of the lake
The three stone cogs are half-submerged in the water and rise 10 feet above its surface. Their smooth outer walls can't be scaled without climbing gear or magic. Undead dwarfs are using chains attached to ceiling for that reason.

I take no offensive action, but continue to hover over the bottom of the stairs, about halfway to the roof. I'm keeping a close eye on the dwarves. If one of them takes aim at a party member, I will attack.

"I wonder where those boats are meant to go?"
