Tymun grins as blood streams down into the barrel loading spider clown's eyes. "Time to take a break from clowning around," he says.

Then he jogs over to help hack away the webbing on the wing nut, swapping his crossbow for his Phang Blade axe as he does.

Swapping weapons doesn't take an action as you can do it during your move. Webs don't require an attack roll so you can just roll damage.

"Whoa, Xcrawl fans, it seems the Houston Hexcrawlers have finally found their rhythm! Callan has boosted Gabriel with, what I believe, is the Supercharge! spell! With that boost, Gabe has just cleaved one of the spider-luchadores in half! I hope he was insured! Over by the wingnut, Tymun has cut through the last of the webbing trapping the wingnut. It appears as if Sassafras has unlocked the second lock! The wingnut spins two full rotations with the webbing gone now. Just one more rotation left!"
OOC:
Callan has for his mercurial magic that he has to break something he owns as part of casting that spell so go ahead and choose one item and narrate it. @spaceseeker19,@DarK_RaideR,@KCC you three are up! Vi Vi still has hundreds of baby spiders crawling on her, the webbing is destroyed, both spider-luchadores are defeated. You still have 3 clowns behind barbed wire, 3 puzzle boxes unopened, and the wingnut needs just one more turn. It can indeed be manually turned with a Str check as well.

Butch smiles at Gabriel's sponsor plug, seeing his chance to segway into one of his own. "Did you know, Phang Blades carve through everything like butter, whether it's the spider or it's webbing?" he says, before putting his words into action with a swing at the web.
OOC:
Apologies for the delay, Easter's slowed my online presence down a bit.

The webbing on the wingnut is already deatroyed. Sassafras is still covered in webs though if that's the webbing you're attacking. No prob about Easter, I totally forgot that was this weekend lol.

OOC:
Just to confirm: we've got no enemies standing on our side of the barbed wire aside from the hundreds of tiny spiders on Vi Vi, correct? And on the other side of the barbed wire, we have three clowns with guns who've been shooting at us and a fourth blood-blinded clown who was loading the barrels for launching.

Unfortunately, without an edged weapon I can't help with cutting webs, and I don't have any area effect abilities that could get rid of the tiny spider swarm. I don't trust turning the wingnut (how are we even moving this massive thing?) again before the last trap is disarmed, so...
"Vi Vi, those spiders! Stop, drop, and roll!" Bole yells his suggestion, not having any better idea. With that, he draws and aims with his bow at one of the gun-toting clowns. Unfortunately, his aim is as lame as that advice.

She hears the words stop, drop and roll and decides that now would be a good time to do just that! Impossible to do with flair, but she’d have to try her best to make it look cool!

She takes cover as best she can, and then starts to squash as many of the damned things as she can manage! She tries to keep the panic out of her actions, instead opting to make it look like she was flicking crumbs off of her shirt!
OOC:
I’ll use my action to try get rid of these things!

90% correct! Sassafras isn't disabling traps, she's disabling locks. Essentially it takes 3 turns to unscrew the wingnut, each lock turning it once. Characters can also just use Strength to push on the wingnut to rotate it. Some of the mystery boxes also contain ways to turn the wingnut. So you can use any combination of methods to turn it three times.
Just be careful who's under it after the final turn...

Also don't forget as the healer you can always heal people up if you don't have any other useful actions.

"As if from the mouth of a prophet, Butch's Phang Blade cuts through the spider web binding Sassafras in place! The messenger, Bole, fires what seems to be a warning shot, or maybe a kind of suppressing fire, at the clowns behind the razorwire. Too bad the arrow got stuck in the defensive perimeter! Vi Vi has been overwhelmed by the spiders enough to stop, drop, and roll to squish those buggers! I don't envy her or her drycleaning after today! She must have hundreds of squished spider bodies and their internal juices all over her! On the other side of the roof, the spider-clowns have prepared another volley! An all baseball volley! It seems the spider-clowns are attempting to just take out as many Cralwers as possible now that the luchadores are out of the fight! One volley clips Bole but poor Vi Vi! Eight baseballs right to the body! That has gotta hurt!"
OOC:

Don't forget you are lionized which gives +1 to all rolls so you don't have to spend anything, you just made it. You also had that when you saved the first time so you don't take that Str damage either, I forgot you had the bonus as well lol. This is the last round though so now you can forget you had the buff.

Sassafras, grateful to be free from the webbing and worried about what might happen should she still be on her back under the giant wingnut when the last piece comes free, stands up with a flourish. She grabs her pole, gets a running start and vaults over the shortest part of the wingnut.
She makes sure the camera follows her movements and gives it her sly grin, then, "anyone out there wanna see a little parkour?!" So she finishes her vault with a somersault and ducks behind mystery box D.
OOC:
She figures that she has loosened the wingnut enough for the meatheads to be able to move it. So she is now on the other side of the wingnut and fixing to load her crossbow. She is attempting to have full cover until her next turn.

Still fresh from the kill, Gabe looks between the boxes and the wingnut and weighs his options. He could try to cleverly disarm one of the boxes, maybe gain an advantage. Or he could throw his weight at the wingnut.
Pretty easy choice. He might not have much to offer the team except muscle, but he does have a lot of muscle!
OOC:
Just a straight Strength check for trying to turn the wingnut? I don't think the Supercharge from Callan helps in this situation, if I'm reading it right?

OOC:
You do. "Other action rolls" means any ability check during combat. But you succeeded without it!
With his Supercharge! boost, Gabriel charges the wingnut with all his boosted speed and might and sends the wingnut spinning up...up...and off the screw! Wisely, Sassafras moved out of the way just in time as the wingnut comes spinning down, slamming into the roof.

Crash, crash, crash...it falls through the roof and down several floors underneath! This is followed by the large bolt sliding down into the interior of the apartment building. An air horn sounds and a round of pyrotechnics explode overhead. The spectators cheer and shout!

Before the applause can die down, the building sways for a moment. Then the entire top half of the building begins to fold down. At first it seems like it will fall all the way and kill everyone, but instead it leans over as if hinged, depositing everyone mostly gently on to the roof of the next building. It is half the size of the previous building and 10 stories shorter.
OOC:
DC 13 Ref to control your fall onto the roof of the adjacent building. Failure means 1d6 damage and you are prone. Out of combat but everyone go ahead and make their rolls and some description/banter in one post and then we'll move on!

Fresh from her grandstanding move, Sassafras lives for this kind of acrobatics. She shrieks with childlike joy, showing a rare glimpse of her innocent side.
"We roll on the rooftops, flip through the grime,
Hustlin’ the crawl one spin at a time.
Bruised but breathin’, we dive and we climb—
The city’s our stage, and the rhythm’s the rhyme."

No way is she gonna fail this one. Burning 1pt Luck

Callan winces as his nose ring breaks - he forgot to replace his bracelet of pukka beads before this crawl! But, a spell so powerful needs a sacrifice; just a shame it *popped* in such a weird way. Before he can shake off the pain, the floor falls out from under him.

Landing in his feet, his knees buckle under him. He's taken quite the beating so far; when he catches his breath, he might need to ask someone to help. First, he'll have to stop yelling in pain.

Just as Tymun begins looking at the book he collected earlier to see if it is worth hanging onto, the roof tilts and dumps the party on another building.

Distracted by the book, he stumbles and falls, scraping his elbow.
