After defeating not one, but TWO opposing teams totally unscathed, things are quiet in Neo Hampshire.

After a few weeks of nothing going on, The Maiden invites all of you, Dear B☢️MBSHELLS, to Diana’s Bath for a meeting that also doubles as a gratuitous hot spring scene.

The bath is clothing optional. The Maiden has already opted out of her clothing. She is soaking in the steamy pool. There is a natural rock waterslide that may very well have inspired Neo Hampshire’s many deadly water parks from another era, and surely the water here was cold back in the day.

Now it’s pleasantly hot. Is this The Maiden’s nature magic at work? Or is it simply part of the permanent summer that followed Scorched Earth’s nuclear winter?

"You ladies have done some amazing work. My mom, grandma and I can beautify the land again! I don’t know where the gangs are off to, but… they no longer threaten us.

"After your victory in Neo Amsterdam, the low level thugs started to disappear. And when you became champions…!

The Maiden (or May… no need to be formal with her. She’s a fan!) leans back against the natural wall of the bath, smiling pleasantly, giving yiu a moment to settle before the nature demigoddess reveals the nature of this meeting.

Opting to wear a towel around her person, Murasaki gingerly lowers herself into the water. "Ahhh... It pleases me to hear that balance is slowly but surely returning. There is still more work to be done, but one must slow down and relax every once in a while. Thank you for this opportunity, May-san."

She suspects they were invited here for a reason, but she's in no rush to get to the point.

Although Casey wears a revealing one-piece bathing suit with her fedora, she can't help but blush and look away when she sees the au natural Maiden soaking. "Thank you for inviting us, Miss May, she stammers before quickly lowering herself into the steamy water, hoping to hide her red checks. As she soaks, she begins to relax with a sigh.

May gives you a few minutes to settle in and bask in the warmth of the water. The only sounds are the trickling of the water and the trilling of unseen birds…

Finally, May tells you what she has to offer. To Gong-Ju and Murasaki, "You saved my life…" She includes Casey when she adds, "Word of your victory has saved Neo Hampshire. So… I wanted to offer a gift.

"The Mullet Hellions have a warehouse filled with antique vehicles of a thousand years ago. Take one. I will pour my magic into it so the vehicle moves by the light of the sun and moon! Perhaps you can find a place for a vacation."

Noticing Casey’s flush cheeks, she adds with a light giggle, "Perhaps not a nude beach."

You may spend all the time in the bath you want, but when you do eventually get out, May will use her magic to cover herself in a gown of flowering vines, and escort you to the aforementioned warehouse…

ONE OF YOU:
Choose the sweet ride for your roadtrip, and please post the image. It can be a car from a video game (the red convertible from NARC? The Ninja Turtles’ van?) or an actual 20th century vehicle. It’s for a road trip, so hopefully you won’t choose a Mack truck. But if you do, well… player’s choice it is!

ANOTHER ONE OF YOU:
Choose the ideal vacation destination that you can drive to from New Hampshire, even if it would take you a week! My preference is a real life vacation spot. I’ll make a post-post-apocalyptic alteration to it, but that said, what tourists would do there today can be applied. Please post an image, irl or game screen if you happen to know of a game screen that passes for ‘vacation spot,’ that’ll do!

AND SOMEONE ELSE:
Choose an actual video game heroine or princess, preferably from the 80s or 90s, preferably a famous or iconic character that either passes for human or is Ms. PAC-Man. This game-girl will also be on vacation, making her the Special Guest Star of Stage 3!

As she soaks in the steamy water, Casey feels her muscles relax and the tension leaving her body.

"Boy, I'm sure glad I joined y'all. And we're gonna have our first vacation!"

Feeling the excitement, she gets out of the water and bounces over to the rock waterslide. Laughing, she launches herself off it and into the pool with a splash. "Woooo!"

After some good clean fun with magically-restored nature, THE B☢️MBSHELLS are off to Dysneo World Theme Park, the greatest park on Scorched Earth! The Maiden alters your vehicle to run on sunlight and moonshine, and she even puts clothing on so she properly see you off.

"Drive safely, girls! And remember to rotate the driver so…"

"…oh my! The light is green! Goodbye!"

As much as it would be nice to hang out and chat with your number one fan, she totally understands you can save a lot of travel time by pressing the gas the exact sixteenth of a second that the light turns green.

And this is especially important when traveling south. You have to drive through The Massholes. As you do, you see a few smoldering wrecks of motorcycles that went off the road and near one wreck, you notice a black leather jacket with the Mullet Hellions logo on the back. There isn’t a man wearing it—no sign of any body, dead or alive.

You have no trouble navigating the giant craters, some of which take up three lanes of a four-lane highway. Luckily, May directed you to take Route 290 to 395. I-95 is the more direct route, but you have to drive fast enough to make the jump by the Soso-Soda factory.

You get to the mostly sunken state of Road Island without incident, and follow the roads from island to island. Mermaids wave at you, some gasping as the recognize Princess Gong-Ju!

It’s not until you get to Neo York that you begin to see several motorcycles up ahead. You’re gradually catching up to them.

DRIVER: How do you deal with the bikers?
• I’ll down to keep ’em ahead of us.

PASSENGERS: In case of emergency, here’s what you notice from your seats.
• There’s a sawed off shotgun in the glove compartment. You can aim it at a vehicle in front of you or a vehicle to your right.
• There’s a lot of junk under the seats. A box of tacks, a bowling ball, a milk jug full of smoke, and other things the GM didn’t think of, but you did. The objects are only dangerous vs. vehicles that are behind you.

Murasaki's in the driver's seat! Since she can't quite make out who the bikers are yet, she keeps their speed steady and gradually approaches, intending to pass without issue. She has a firm grip on the wheel in case they want to start trouble.

In the shotgun seat, Casey pops open the glove box to find... a shotgun! "Oh gee. Is that a firearm? I've never used one before," she says as she pulls it out. She then proceeds to spin flip it in her hands before racking the next shells with a ka-chik.

While it was nice of April and May to help you all pack, maybe Gong-Ju’s trident didn’t have to be wrapped in beach towels and buried under luggage in the trunk. With no shoe phone reception, you can’t call the police. But it’s not as if riding a motorcycle is a crime.

Murasaki wisely moves to pass. The bikers were surely checking their mirrors—evident as a few heads turned and bikers started to pair up—getting in talking distance. There must be a dozen bikes, three or four of which have sidecars.

As you drive alongside, the men clear the center lane. Some are enjoying the view. One licks his lips. Another puckers his lips, possibly whistling, but all you hear are motors.

So you only see a goateed mouth forming the words ‘oh’ and ‘shit.’

You can kinda almost hear the "it’s" and the "them" and the F-Bomb and the syllable "shells!"

The bikers fucked up. They thought you were three hotties in a sweet ride. Now some of them know you’re THE B☢️MBSHELLS. They’re yelling to others to attack! But others are trying to peek between Gong-Ju’s shells without going off the road.

The Hellions don’t know what the hell they’re doing. But you know they’re not about to let you pass either way, so go ahead and act before these criminals get organized…!

"Take a hike!" she says as her long, shapely leg snaps out of the car. Just because she was a captive doesn't mean she was skipping leg day!

Murasaki rams one bike into another! Both bikes and bikers tumble alongside for a couple seconds. An explosion in the rear view mirror launches a flaming tire.

Casey decides to save ammo, opting to kick the door open! It clobbers a biker who maintains his balance just long enough to veer into another biker.
"Our handlebars are interlocked!"
"No shit, Sherlock! Steer out of it!"
"I’m trying! Don’t yell at me!"
"Don’t slap my hands!"
"It’s not on purpah—purpah—AAAAAH!"

The two bikers’ front wheels collide, flipping both bikes. The the guy behind them is too engrossed in the wind whipping Casey’s skirt. He plows into both bikes. In mid-air he continues to ogle until his face hits the road and paints a bloody skidmark along the zip strip.

A bike with a sidecar moves to ram, but Casey’s leg and Gong-Ju’s come hither simultaneously repel the attack and attract the passenger—he leaps outta the sidecar to tackle Gong-Ju!

OOC:

Gong-Ju, in this weird driving mode you can only use ㊙️ once per turn! You need it NOW to defend yourself.
• On a 💢MISS, the car takes damage instead of you.

You may then use ☢️ to hurl the man out of the car!

Casey has no bikers at her door, at the moment. She can use the shotgun to shoot the enemies in front of her, or she can lure the one in the right lane to slow down so she can flip him over when he tries to flip her off.

Murasaki notices that the remaining bike on her left and the center bike in front both have sidecars. The fat man in the sidecar tosses a beer bottle—and it’s on fire!

OOC:

Murasaki, 🕹️STEER CLEAR of the Molotov cocktail! The right lane is clear. If you steer left, you need to move at ㊙️RAMMING SPEED!

"I suggest you hold on tight!" She reaches into the glove compartment and fishes out a pair of sunglasses. She unfolds them with a flick of her wrist and wears them over her already-closed eyes. Seeing the molotov cocktail arc through the air, she steers to the left, heedless to whoever she may hit.

Using the toe of her shoes to bring the car door back and close it, Casey leans out the window. One hand holds her hat down while the other points the sawed off shotgun at a biker in front.BOOM!

"Whoa! This thing kicks like a mule!" she says as the shotgun almost flies out of her grip.

Murasaki swerves—ramming the bike beside her, toppling it sidecar and all! A great ball of fire erupts where your sweet ride was—and two of the three bikers behind you swerve to dodge it! The center bike rides right through, and that rider is now engulfed in flames! His leaps from his flaming bike onto the back of the car!

Now not only did Gong-Ju fail to throw one guy off—she has two uninvited hitchhikers to deal with! Fortunately the one on fire has one foot on the passenger side door.

OOC:

Gong-Ju, you’re still struggling with the same opponent! ㊙️DEFEND YOURSELF! And you can also try to ☢️THROW HIM OUT!
• On a 💥HIT you’ll take damage unless Casey can prevent you from being double-teamed!

Casey, ㊙️KICK THE DOOR OPEN to get the guy who’s on fire to tumble out of the car!

All three of the bikers in front toss several Molotov cocktails high in the air!

"Burn, babes, burn!" the men chant, laughing wickedly.

Murasaki, there are too many cocktails to dodge! Your only choice is to speed up and pass under them before they land by using ☢️NITRO!

If she can reach the three bikers in front, she'll show them just what she thought of their flaming bottles... by crashing right into them.

Casey kicks the door open! The burning man lands crotch-first on the door, slowly tips—and as soon as he touches pavement, he’s a rolling tangle of burning limbs, none of which remain connected to the torso for long.

Gong-Ju’s hurled opponent threatens, "Dreams?! I’ll be in your nigh—" He hits the road before he can finish his sentence.

Murasaki rams the leader’s legendary sidecar as she blows past the whole gang! And all of those Molotov cocktails make a very impressive mushroom cloud!—right where the entire gang was!

Gong-Ju and Casey look back—and Murasaki sees it in her rear view mirror—the men continue to ride on flaming motorcycles! The flesh is burned off of their faces—burned to the bone!

"Ya think we’re gonna let ya get away just ’cause we’re dead?"

"We’re invincible!"

"—except for the part where our skin burned off!"

"Yeah! We were pretty fuckin’ vincible then, but things have changed!"

"For the better!"

"Our dicks burned off! How is this an improvement?!"

"Agree to disagree! Let’s avenge our fallen brothers!"

"I’m avenging my burned-off dick!"

"Don’t be a killjoy. Just kill them!"

The entire gang pulls a synchronized wheelie. The guy who kept complaining about his dick immediately tips over backwards. All 206 pieces of him bounce and roll along the highway individually while his bike spins on its side, emitting sparks.

The skeleton in the sidecar declares, "We ain’t avenging that guy. Kill the girls!"

Two riders on the left. Two on the right. Sidecar boss behind you. Thanks to the Nitro boost, you all have time to attack before the enemies catch up!

"Abominations! You should've just went peacefully." Murasaki veers the car towards the bikers on her left, trying to take them out. While she's at it, she spots some debris just ahead that's perfect for ramping off of. The car flies into the air, executing a daring barrel roll. Hopefully the landing's graceful!

Murasaki rams both bikers on her left. They veer off the road, tumbling in a cloud of dust as bones and bike parts scatter! Casey shoots a rider in his fleshless face, leaving only his lower jaw spinning on the neck bone before the bike, tips rider and all!

The other is just holding the finger that Casey gave him. "Frank?" he asks the finger before Murasaki’s barrel roll clocks him and he careens into a billboard advertising Soso Soda.

Gong-Ju hurls a large box at the Legendary Sidecar. Unfortunately, it turns out to be a self-inflating air mattress. It inflates too soon and biker boss’ driver simply passes under it.

Gong-Ju and Casey both notice a police car by the billboard—hidden from view, until of course, after you ride past the billboard.

🚨WiiUUU🚨

Legendary Sid’s skull swivels around. "Aw, fuck! The Smart Patrol! Ain’t no reasoning with an automated police car! Lose ’im, Frank!"

The rider turns to his boss. "I’m Fred, boss."

She sits on your dashboard and addresses you.

"Hey, I just got a call at Space Federation Headquarters! I was about to beam over to Dysneo World for my vacation when I heard some heroines needed backup. And who but Samus Aran of the Space Feds, right..?

"Only—and this is kind of embarrassing—I can’t put up a fight until this fairy dust wears off. I thought Tinkerbell would get a kick out of me beaming over to her fairy house like this.

"Anyway, I can give you a couple power-ups."

She uses her Maru-Mari form to plant bombs in Gong-Ju’s many boxes of crap, sprinkles excess dust on Murasaki’s Nitro button and since she can’t have the Wave Beam and Ice Beam at the same time anyway, she decides to power up Casey’s shotgun with the Ice Beam.

"That’s the best I can do. Good luck!"

As she beams away, your car’s solar power is refilled.

The Smart Partol bot calls over his intercom. "CALLING FOR BACKUP IS A GAME AT WHICH TWO CAN PLAY."

A fire truck suddenly speeds onto the highway as you drive by an on-ramp! And the firemen on the truck are wearing helmets marked with the Mullet Hellions logo!

"We got your back, Legendary Sid. Ya lose weight or somethin’?"

"I died."

"Well, that sucks."

The conversation ends abruptly and the men spray your car with their fire hose—which shoots fire!

Casey then freezes the fire-spewing-firehose! Gong-Ju tosses a bomb, but before she can, Murasaki punches the Nitro! The speed boost puts The Legendary Sidecar in the rear, and the Smart Patrol is smart enough to recognize the futility of chasing your car as it takes flight!

You’re flying high above the city! You can see Legendary Sid and Fred in the smoldering crater, both undead men now a heap of shattered bones.

A robotic boot emerges from the patrol car. "UNDEAD OR UNALIVE, YOU’RE COMING WITH ME." When the broken piles of bones fail to respond, the robotic police offer folds his hands together in confusion. "I’M HAVING... TROUBLE."

As the two halves of 451 slowdance into a passing cloud, you hear a couple panicked beeps of the horns. Maybe the front or rear driver flipped you off. Or both did. But you have no way of seeing the enemy’s fate.

What Gong-Ju sees, however, is a heart-shaped gift box on the floor of the back seat. It was buried under all the useless crap she hurled at the bad guys!

But Belcher is barely 48 inches past the handicap ramp when half a firetruck plummets from the sky onto the disgraced capo, crushing him beyond recognition.

Hujo is oblivious as he watches the score tally. "Ya see that, boss? I’m on fire!"

While you await the delivery of your orders, you can’t help but notice the sounds throughout the mostly empty cafeteria.

A toilet flushes, heard through the restroom door.

Flames burst in the kitchen from Wendy’s magic.

And those two plainly dressed blondes that you thought nothing of upon entering… one says to the other, "Ketchup." The other squeaks a sweet but primrose, "No thank you." But the first voice speaks again, and you know you’ve all heard her before. "On your lip. Here lemme…"

And she’s whispering, trying not to make a scene, but when you glance—

—it is indeed a familiar voice. It’s Samus Aran, all six-foot-three of her. She is no longer shrunken and fairy-winged, which is fortunate. Every food is so big here, what could a fairy even eat in this place?

Of course the other blonde is a face everyone on Scorched Earth had known even back when Samus was believed to be a dude. And she recognizes Gong-Ju.

"Oh my—princess Gong-Ju! Please join us. It’s Casual Friday. It’s a new thing I’m trying because…"

Her voice trails off.

A toilet flushes.

Samus rescues the Princess, "Hey, why don’t you join Princess Pea—"

Following Gong-Ju over to Peach and Samus's table, Murasaki respectfully bows her head to Samus. "Aran-san. Thank you for your help earlier. I am Murasaki, master of many secret moves and seeker of balance. I suppose you also stopped here for a meal on your way to Dysneo World?"

"It’s a pleasure to meet you," Samus replies, "I’m glad I was able to be of some help."

Peach chimes in, "Samus was originally going to take the warp pipe from here to Tinkerbell’s house."

"Yeah… but now that the fairy spell wore off, I can’t possibly fit in there." The bounty huntress shrugs. "I can call my ship remotely and fly to Dysneo. Maybe Tink’ll still give me an autograph if I knock on her little door."

Samus is obviously disappointed her visit to Tink can no longer be. And Peach seems surprised by this pessimism… but then she realizes that when Samus helped her with the ketchup, she kinda lost her train of thought.

"Oh! I was trying to tell you before!" The princess giddily explains, "Here in the Mushroom Cloud Kingdom, we have all kinds of magical mushrooms that grow in the clouds. If you want to take the pipe to Tink’s house, just pop a Mini-Shroom into your mouth."

When Gong-Ju mentions that you are all headed to Dysneo World, Peach insists, "From one princess to another, please accept my hospitality and a gift: a Mini-Shroom for you and each of your friends."

You will need these in order to fit in the warp pipe to Tink’s house, which is the fastest way to get to Dysneo World. (Or the only way, since the fairy dust magic that made your car fly probably wore off by now.)

Mrs. Emoticat says, "I’m looking forward to getting a little smaller soon myself." And when you see her, it’s apparent that her baby could be born any day now! "It’s so kind of you to let us stay for the delivery of my little one."

Peach smiles proudly. "I am married to a doctor!"

A toilet flushes.

Peach and Mrs. Emoticat both seem mildly annoyed.

Samus turns to you, Dear B☢️MBSHELLS, and asks, "So—besides Tink’s house—what are you planning to do at Dysneo World?"

Following Murasaki over to the princess table, Casey grabs a chair from nearby and loudly drags it over to sit down. She quietly listens to Samus and Peach talk but when autographs are mentioned she quickly chimes in "Autographs! Yeah. I should get one too. From you both. Um, I don't seem to have a marker..." She pats her pockets ineffectually. "Nevermind. Maybe later."

Casey takes the mini-shroom with a thank you and finds herself temporarily tongue tied until Samus addresses them directly. "I'm going to stop at Main Street! I hear that you can buy ice cream from the future! Dunking Spots or something. I don't totally understand it but I've always wanted to try some!" she blurts out in response.

Peach assures Casey, "My husband always has a pen for autographs in his overalls." She then calls out in that all-too-familiar volume (being an ex-damsel herself), "MARIO, WHERE ARE YOU?"

A toilet flushes.

And this time you notice a faint "HA - HAAH!" and a "NYA?"

And not one, but two familiar faces exit the men’s room door.

Emoticat says to his wife, "Honey! Have you tried toilets? Dr. Mario’s gonna install some in our house! The only thing our kid’ll ever do in a sandbox is build castles and—oh!" He waves vigorously, "Hi, B☢️MBSHELLS! I knew I smelled crisp bills!"

He introduces all of you to Mario, who offers handshakes. "It’s-a me, Mario!"

You are all welcome to eat your burgers, fries and bloober calamari in relative peace. Of course, when the meal is done, you can blow all your money on Snippets!

Murasaki gratefully accepts a mini-shroom. "Thank you. I'm not sure we could get down from here otherwise."

When asked what she's going to do at Dysneo World, she thinks for a second before answering. "Personally, I am most looking forward to the water park. I have heard there is a great big slide with twists and turns that will test the fortitude of your stomach. I wonder how true that is."

"It looks like we meet yet again, Emoticat-san. I'm starting to suspect our fates are intertwined. It is a pleasure to meet you, Mario-san." She accepts the plumber-doctor's handshake. She wonders if he washed his hands, er, gloves, but it was too late to back out of the shake.

She considers her Snippet options after the meals. "Hm... Double Flip, please. It is time I bolstered my offensive prowess."

The Double-Flip snippet has overwritten the Extra Joy snippet. Murasaki can now use two actions per turn no matter what her first action is!

She keeps the defend-a-friend benefit from Extra Joy (but can optionally use ㊙️ as self-defense and 🕹️ to get a friend out of harm’s way). She also has the two-button attack benefit from Button Mash.

Casey reluctantly shakes hands with the Doctor, trying not to think of the food that is about to be served.

"I mean toilets are pretty great, so don't fret on it. Just wait til you learn about bidets!"

As the food comes, Casey's eyes pop at the sight of the giant burger and she begins eating with gusto.

As she gets to the fries, she notices the ketchup bottle is out of her reach. "Hey, Mr. Emoticat. You think you could teach me to use my whip to grab stuff in trade for this brick of yen?"

Mrs. Emoticat warns her husband about that triple flip he did last summer. "Remember what the chiropractor said about literally jumping for joy."

EMOTICAT"‘Flips are like exclamation points; use one or none,’" Emoticat says in a doctory baritone. "That’s why he’s a doctor and not a salescat!!

"Thanks again, B☢️MBSHELLS!!!" he giddily exclaims as his kiosk collapses like a house of cards into a tiny briefcase.

Your meal is mostly peaceful, a mix of small talk and—if anyone wants—autographs. And Wendy even offers to take a group photo. Mario suggests he take a photo of all the girls, so Wendy can be included too. "Say-a cheeeeeese!!" Wendy then takes a group photo that includes the husbands.

But Mario realizes the faux pas his wife was too polite to mention. "Oh no! I forgot-a we moved Kawaiian-a Shirt Day to-a Saturday! It’s-a Casual Friday! Mama Mia!"

After all that, Mario keeps his shirt on.

Wendy snaps the photo, then seems to remember something. "Speaking of your mother… she left a message."

She unfurls a scroll.

"Mario. It’s a me," Wendy reads, "Mama. Please call a back. It’s about your a brother. He’s a so skinny. What am I a gonna do?"

Mario has a hopeless look on his face. "What an I-a gonna do? The Hammer-a Brothers are-a renovation the other-a side of the castle! All-a the phones are-a there! With the lines-a down, I cannot-a call Mama mia. Mama Mia!"

Mario is very distraught!

Hardly believing her luck, Casey gingerly folds the napkin autographed by Samus AND Princess Peach and puts it in her shirt pocket. Dr. Mario also made sure to sign it, despite not being asked, but she still counts it as a win.

Casey loudly slurps the dregs of her freezy while listening in on Mario's conversation. "Maybe you could prescribe your brother some vitamins?" she interjects. "Or send some of these burgers over to him. That'll thicken him up right quick."

Mario shakes his head. "Luigi is not-a roll poly due his excellent-a metabolism because he-a wiggles his-a legs like-a pedaling an in-a-visible bicycle when he a-jumps." With maybe a hint of jealousy, Mario adds, "He is the a-tall one.

"What’s a matter with-a Mama Mia, I do not-a know. I will call her to-a find out when-a the phone lines-a work again," he assures Casey.

While the cloudline is out at the castle, Casey does have shoe phone reception. But it’s really up to her whether to get involved in a family issue that doesn’t seem terribly urgent.

@Redcroc - Casey can use her Shoe Phone to call Mario’s mother, but there’s no perceived obligation/etiquette that says she "should."

Besides, you have everything you need to get to Dysneo World! Samus is already giving Peach a goodbye hug, and the Princess will escort her to the mini-warp pipe to Tinkerbell’s Fairy House..!

"Here, try my sole-ular phone. We are heading out soon, so I'll need it back shorty...er shortly." Casey blushes slightly at her Freudian slip. "I can't be hobbling around Disneo in only one shoe after all."

Mario is blushing as he accepts the pretty shoe.

He somehow is able to call his mother. "Hello? Mama?"

Since Mario doesn’t know how to turn on the speaker-phone feature, his mother’s voice sounds garbled and chipmunky to anyone not holding the phone to their ear.

"Giddillagiddilagiddillagiddlagih!"

Delighted to hear his mother’s voice, like a good Italian son, Mario replies with enthusiasm, "Wah-haa! It’s-a me, Ma—"

"GIDDILLAGID!! Giddillagiddilagiddillagiddillagih, giddillagiddill, giddillagiddillagih!"

"Of course-a he stay in-a his mansion! Ever since-a things did not-a work out-a with princess-a Daisy, he moved out-a the castle. He is-a better off-a in his own-a place. An eligible-a bachelor rolls-a better than a third-a wheel."

"Giddillagiddy!"

"The skinny guy can-a roll. Not like a meat-a-ball, like-a the sausage. Peach’s BF-a-F Plum is-a very impressed. We play-a doubles tennis on Tues-a-day. Give him time-a, Mama."

"Giddillagiddilagiddillagiddillagiddillagiddill, giddillagiddillagih! GIDDILLA!"

"Oh-a-no!"

Mario listens attentively now to the voice that is too garbled and chipmunky for you to understand. Peach stands close to her worried husband. For a moment, she too looks worried… but then she and her husband both sigh with relief.

Peach fills you in as Mario consoles his mother.

"Mario’s brother is in the hospital. He’s in stable condition now, but the poor guy got a heart attack. Like us, he’s a fan of Dysneo World.

"But his pipe leads to the Haunted Mansion. I guess some automatons shambled into his house. They chased him for a bit, but collapsed after a few minutes. Then my brother-in-law did."

Beside the usual ‘I’m sorry’ that a family friend says in these situations, Samus can’t help but think of the technological side of this story. "I guess the automatons only work from proximity to their source… whatever powers them at Dysneo World.

"I’ll look into it," she offers. And to Casey: "I got your Shoe Number in case the automatons are haywire or whatever. But likely, they’re harmless and the ones that wandered into Luigi’s pipe are haunted-looking, and scared the poor guy."

"If you are going to Tink-san's house, we shall accompany you up to that point. Is that agreeable?"

Samus agrees to that. You all go to the no-longer-flying car and get your things. Mario highly recommends, "Take only a-what you can-a carry."

The Princess offers you three Kirby Backpacks. "These backpacks are super cute—they can fit five suitcases worth of clothing and other travel needs. But the reason you need them now is the mini-shrooms."

You find out what you need after you shrink to the height of the princess’ daintiest finger. She offers her hands to carry all of you, but won’t object if you’d rather walk and leap into the tiny pipe.

Before you jump in the pipe, Wendy warns Gong-Ju, "If you see a cockroach, don’t throw your pitchfork at it. Anything you let go of will grow back immediately."

This is also true if you remove something from your backpack and let go of it, kick off your shoe, spit out chewing gum—which you’d have to put into your mouth without letting go of it. You get the idea…

So after giving everyone chipmunky-voiced goodbyes, into the pipe you go!

As you start to see a light at the end of the tunnel, you hear the sound of half a dozen girls screaming!

"Well… shit!"

Samus draws her gun from her thigh holster. You all bolt into action—and as you do, Samus’ body starts to glow—

—more screams from up ahead, and words that sound Chinese or maybe magical!

Water rushes into the pipe!! Gong-Ju’s trident activates its Bubble magic, keeping you all dry—and more importantly—able to survive the water pressure, able to breathe!

The three of you, dear B☢️MBSHELLS, are tossed about in the bubble, bouncing off of the bubble wall and off of Gong-Ju’s solid abs!

The water drains away. No Samus. No screams. Just a wet, schlap, schlap, schlap, like a fish slapping a tin cup.

As your eyes adjust to the darkness of the warp pipe’s metallic interior, you realize that the malodorous creatures towering over your shrunken forms are mice! Not the laughing mouse in bright red shorts you were hoping to see, but regular mice which are more than twice your height when standing on their hind legs…

…and they’re not exactly regular, come to think of it. Are they even alive?

You’re too tiny to step on the mice like a normal person could. You can’t grow back at will, and even if you could, this tiny pipe interior is the worst place to do that.

Which reminds you of the Princess’ warning… if you drop any of your belongings, they’ll grow. In here, that would stuff the pipe. While that might keep you safe, it won’t help the screaming girls you heard up ahead.

So after defending yourselves, take an action! Those mice are blocking the path to your Dysneo World vacation!

"You're a lifesaver, Gong-Ju!" Casey says as the bubble surrounds them. She closes her eyes tightly as they are jostled and bounced violently around by the water in the pipe. Ooof. Who brought rocks?? she thinks to herself as her head bonks against the mermaid princess' abs.

As things settle down, she lets out a quiet "Samus?" into the dark before the zombie mice rush them!

Casey tries to jump out of the way of a swipe by filthy claws from a zombie mouse. "Holy marmot, that's a big rodent!" she says in surprise. "Oh right, that's 'cause of the shrink shrooms. You ain't a hallucination, are ya?" she adds as she lunges forward with a kick right between its beady eyes.

As one of the zombie mice goes for Casey, Murasaki rushes in and deflects its claw swipe with a well-timed kick. She reacts just in time to flip over the other mouse when it goes for a brutal bite.

You’re all too flustered to fight the surprise guests effectively, but thanks to teamwork, you fend off the initial attack unscathed!

Casey’s kick punctures her assailant’s forehead. The dead flesh is impaled on her heeled shoe, so when the retracts her leg and the undead rodent staggers back, the flesh is torn off its face! One eye dangles from the exposed skull.

Disoriented, it flails aimlessly and gets in the way of two other zombie mice.

The other two attack again. The fat one tries to bite Murasaki. The wolfish one tries to grab Gong-Ju’s trident as the stab whiff’s past!

OOC:

Murasaki, defend yourself!

Gong-Ju, defend your trident!
• 🕹️YANK YOUR WEAPON OUTTA REACH! but on a 💥HIT, you get clawed.

Gong-Ju tugs on the shaft of her trident! The larger, mightier mouse (who might be a were-rat) pulls even harder—and impales himself! The mermaid flings him off, except for the impaled heart!

Gong-Ju, your first action needs to be ☢️THROW THE HEART or ☢️USE TRIDENT MAGIC to prevent the heart from exploding while it’s still on your trident!
• If you choose ☢️THROW and 💢MISS, you need to 🕹️DIVE FOR COVER as your second action.

Murasaki’s uppercut hits the lower jaw so hard, the zombie-mouse’s teeth scatter on impact and its upper skull flies off, exposing the brain! The mouse retaliates with a headbutt!

Casey’s whiplash attack throws one mouse into two others! The three mice end up in a heap, with limbs somehow penetrating squishy, rotted torsos. Two of the zombies writhe lethargically. One gets up and scratches its ass. The tail falls off. The zombie mouse picks it up and tries to whip Casey with it!

Casey, you can ㊙️BLOCK or 🕹️DODGE as usual… or show this Zombie up in a 🕹️WHIP-DUEL!
• If you choose the 🕹️WHIP DUEL and 💢MISS, the whip will get knocked from your hand! But a 💥HIT or 💥💥COMBO will allow you to incorporate a cool stunt into your second action! (Basically, a damage bonus.)

As the zombie mouse whips the rotted off tail in the air, Casey circles to the side and snaps her whip in the air in response. She knows it will be bad if she loses her whip and it goes back to regular size... but ain't no way she's backing down from the challenge.

But her hubris has gotten the better of her as the zombie mouse snaps the whip incredibly fast and gives her a stinging blow on the hand which forces her to release her grip. She watches helplessly as her whip clatters to the bottom of the pipe.

Gong-Ju and Murasaki both finish their own opponents! The only one left is the grinning zombie mouse with Casey’s whip in his greedy paws.

The whip grows back quite suddenly!

Two bony pawns flop into the air! The rest of him is swept away by the elephantine whip snaking its way into the darkness!

(Girls scream again… this time, you also hear Samus’ voice, seeming to calm the screamers.)

You follow the whip, which is fortunately narrower than the pipe, though through those final inches you need to either shimmy along the curved wall or crawl onto the whip, which is like a felled redwood to you!

You have just enough space to squeeze through the mouth of the pipe, and there’s Samus! At her feet are a couple of wet zombie mice full of laser holes. And hovering behind her?

Samus introduces them—

"This is Tinkerbell, as you must know." From Tink’s right: "Rose and Fawn."

Rose curtsies politely while Fawn thanks you for saving her ladybug with the giant whip-handle. It is only then that you notice a were-rat corpse pinned against the concrete wall.

Samus introduces the fairy’s to Tink’s left as "Iridessa, Silvermist and Vidia."

Dessa shyly says hi while Sil produces a dewdrop.

She carries the dewdrop over to Murasaki. "I can help you with the, ummm, pink stuff…" (She knows it’s bits of brain, but can’t bring herself to say it.)

Vidia casually summons a tiny tornado on her fingertip. "We all can," she adds with a hint of pride…

Every fairy does her part to help!

Silvermist uses water to rinse Murasaki’s tainted hair. Rose scrubs, and sings in a southern belle voice, "I’m gonna - wash - those - brains - right - outta your hair…" She adds a floral fragrance. Vidia uses wind to dry the hair, Dessa uses a sunbeam for warmth, and Tinkerbell persuades Fawn not to summon cockroaches to lick the brain-spatter off the floor until after the shrunken humans and mermaid have left the pipe-room.

OOC:

Murasaki is feels so much better from having her hair washed, she replenished a 💜!

"We’ve never seen mice like that," Fawn assures you.

"And sorry about the water," Sil adds. "I was trying to wash the mice away."

Tink says, "We didn’t know anyone was in the warp pipe. What’re the odds, right?"

Vidia rolls her eyes. "The odds of you causing trouble ‘accidentally?’"

Dessa gently pats Vidia’s hands before she can make air quotes while Rose suggests, "Let’s not air Tink’s dirty laundry."

Tinkerbell blushes. "It’s… too late for that."

You can see past a doorway in the dull concrete wall, a room decorated with bottlecaps, snail shells, dandelion fluff, sewing needles and pin cushions.

There are also stockings and green panties hanging on a line of golden thread, but this doesn’t stop Samus from geeking out. "Tink! Your house is so cute!"

Tink nods awkwardly. "Uh-huh?" She’d much rather stick to the topic Murasaki brought up. "Like Fawn was saying, mice usually don’t act like that. Especially when they’re dead."

"Undead," Vidia corrects.

Rose asks, "How is that different from alive?"

From all the fairy banter, it’s apparent that the short answer to Murasaki’s question is ‘no.’ The fairies have never encountered undead in the entirety of their collective immortal existence.

Meanwhile, at Cinderella’s castle, every princess and her sister is gathered in the Peach Panic Room.

Snow White places her hands on her cheeks and exclaims in perfect damselese, "What shall we do?"

"Sleep it off," Aurora drowsily suggests.

"Popcorn Reading?" Belle already has a good book in hand!

"Braid each other’s hair!" says Rapunzel, to which Merida says in a thick accent no one understands:

‘there is not a downrange bear’s chance i’ll let a one o’ ye prissies lay a manicured nail on me vermilion locks.’

Mulan visibly swoons.

Princess Vanellope von Schweetz turns to the only princess shorter than herself, and says with a sugarcoated tongue, "Princess Diamond… only you can save us."

The others all turn to look down at the tiny fairy princess. (—except Aurora, who just fell asleep standing up. Again.)

Vanellope smirks when peer pressure compels the fairy to flutter off through the skylight.

On the way to Tinkerbell’s house, you noice something.

"What, is this because I helped deefeat Vaxx the Vampire Bat? Technically he only fell down a deep canyon when he missed trying to stab me. He might even have leveled off his flight on the way down?"

She huffs and does indeed flutter off through the skylight. On her way to Tinkerbell’s place she runs into a number of people. She knew this one! Princess Eilonwy, who everyone always forgot about had dealt with something similar. Some sort of black cauldron, if a dead creature was put in it was raised from the dead and under the control of the Cauldron’s owner. If a living person went into the cauldron it was destroyed.

Now, all she needs to do is find the cauldron.

For the most part, our heroines dodge the ice cream. Princess Diamond sees that her fellow princess, Gong-Ju, is about to get crushed by an orange creamsicle! She tries to push the mermaid to safety—but can’t budge her!

That’s because Gong-Ju’s shoulder is the size of the fairy’s body!

The creamsicle bounces harmlessly off the mermaid’s muscular abs. (If bare, there’s a sensation of cold! But no harm done.)

So now our heroines are unscathed and well aware that someone pushed that cart at them. And sure enough, the walking dead charge in full force!

…

But they are walking dead. Each has his own funny limp. It’s like watching snails race. There are over a dozen… maybe twenty? But all moving as a slow and predictable mob.

You could probably just walk away. But if you want to ensure they won’t eventually shamble to the fairy house or castle, you gotta take ’em out.

The zombies fall apart easily when struck! Casey bowls over half a dozen zombies with the ice cream cart! Gong-Ju hurls a zombie, and heads and limbs fly as torsos flop to the ground! Murasaki’s fist punches one head into another, decapitating both zombies…

And the fairy princess? While her attack proves ineffective, fluttering in the air distracts two of the five remaining zombies. After jumping up and down, swatting at the Diamond despite her easily flying out of reach, one zombie finds something to throw at her: his friend’s head!

Murasaki sidesteps the zombie's punch and sticks her foot out to trip it. As the zombie falls, one of its feet ends up coming off.

She counterattacks a different zombie, but her punch ends up glancing off its skull, only peeling away some rotting flesh.

As the clouds darken and swirl, Casey strains to the hear the voice in the wind. When she realizes who it is she shouts, "Belger?! How... I ain't going back in your glass menagerie! And tell Poxy I won the whip from her at the prisoner/gang trivia night fair and square!"

"Ok here we go!" she says as she starts running as fast as she can to follow the coach.

Murasaki's third eye snaps open when the vision concludes. "You all saw that too? How unusual. The man's desire for vengeance is commendably strong. However, we will not let him claim it-"

She cuts herself off when she sees the ghostly coach rapidly approaching from her peripheral. She hurriedly tries to jump out of harm's way but she's too slow. A terrible chill grips her as the coach passes through her, causing her to shiver as her very essence is drained by the ephemeral contact.

At Samus's call, Murasaki sprints after the coach as quickly as she can, but she's still fighting off the unnatural chill that surrounds her. "A-After him, you say? Who's driving?" She asks while running.

All of you are able to keep up with the coach! Despite not usually having legs, Gong-Ju is the fastest among you—which means she gets a good look at the coachman as he attempts to obstruct your hot pursuit—

It’s Belcher! He’s a zombie?!

Zombie Belcher smirks at the mermaid.

"You got legs and know how to use ’em, eh?"

He hurls a zombie passenger at Gong-Ju!

He grabs another zombie by her long hair, whipping her toward Casey so hard, the animated corpse’s neck snaps! The body flies at Casey!

The pumpkin coach doesn’t have a health bar. Attacking might slow it down, but you may have a unique move that will prove to be more effective than an attack. Be creative!

As the mangled corpse flies her way, Casey rolls to the side in an attempt to dodge but isn't fast enough. The zombie slams into her and its floppy head knocks into hers, giving her an instant headache!

She flits to avoid yet another airborne zombie head. "What is with throwing the head? Wouldn’t it be better to throw a better weapon or something?" Hmm, maybe she should not give the enemy any bright ideas.

Which, speaking of bright ideas, she tries to get her dust to lift the carriage up. All it takes is faith, trust, and pity dust. Plus, of course, a happy thought. Do undead evil carriages have happy thoughts?

"Hmph... Crushed by a firetruck? How undignified! I almost weep for you!"

Secret Move #3104: Shadow Bog

As she's running, Murasaki pulls a dark essence from the passing shadows, pitch black tendrils coalescing into a swirling mass of inky power. She lobs the gathered shadows over the pumpkin coach in an arc. When it lands, the mass expands along the ground, forming into a large pool of darkness that sits ahead of the coach's path.

"Do not worry! It will not affect you." She tells her comrades. "As for our foe..."

When the coach begins to cross over it, the pool of darkness acts like a puddle of mud deep enough to at least partially engulf it. The inky substance almost seems to have a will of its own as it clings to the coach.

The carriage is bombarded by a multitude of hindering moves! The bubble magic traps the carriage and those inside—the carriage is then overcome by the shadow bog! The two powerful moves end up in a tug of war. With a little faith, trust and pixie dust, the roof of the pumpkin coach lifts off! And with it, all of Belcher’s zombie gals.

One amazombie catches the head that was thrown at Princess Diamond. She holds the head up so she can talk to it.

There’s an understatement, the bodiless head replies. Whatchya girls up to?

The amazombies continue to float up, up and away. To keep the pixie-dusted bubble afloat, the Anazombies will continue to think happy thoughts for the rest of their unlives (unliving happily ever after).

As for Belcher, his wheels are stuck in the shadow bog and he has no minions to throw at you.

"End of the line, Zombie Belcher!" Samus aims her blaster. "Hands where I can see ’em!"

Belcher puts his hands up—but strings immediately extend! They wrap around Samus.

"Fool—I can easily get out of that!"

Samus uses her Maru Mari power to roll into a ball—which causes her power armor to converge onto her rolled up form.

…but the suit answers to Belcher’s puppet strings! Instead of armoring the rolled up Samus and supplying her with two hundred fifty-five super bombs, the suit stands over her with helmet in hand and shoves Samus into her own helmet.

"THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING," says the voice in the helmet. "I CAN’T GET OUT OF THIS BALL SHAPE UNTIL I REGAIN CONTROL OF MY POWER SUIT."

Belcher steps out of the coach.

Sorry to do this to your friend. I would have liked to kill her, but since you launched my minions into space, I needed to improvise. You understand, I’m sure.

Belcher then whips strings from his fingers, hoping to yank the little fairy out of the air!

Zombie Belcher gets skewered on Gong-Ju’s axe. He’s about to belch acidic vomit onto the mermaid—

You can see the silhouette of the famous bounty huntress as light and warmth washes over you.

Luckily, the river of tears also smothers the spots of smoldering clothing that she hasn't noticed.

Clad in her zero suit, Samus stands over a pile of armor plating. Her hope is to unravel the puppet strings to ensure she won’t lose control again. Then the five of you can find the cauldron and undo whatever Belcher’s vengeful spirit started…

But as her mind is so hyper-focused on the job, she finds herself startled by Casey’s emotional response to a rescue.

(Samus had once rescued some alien creatures on Zebes, and a baby metroid that loved her. But those were her only connections… none of them were human.)

She turns to Casey, not sure if she should embrace her. At 6’3", the height difference could make the hug more awkward than it would normally be for one whose experience touching another human was almost exclusively to check for a pulse. For all of Samus’ accomplishments, there was much in life she hadn’t done.

When Casey asked if they were friends, she responds with her personal phone number. She tries to stammer something more, but—

—suddenly, a monorail speeds by on the overhead track!

"I have an idea!" Ahe hooks up the parts she brought with her: her speed booster and arm cannon. "Step into the beam—it’ll get you inside! Take over the monorail and get off wherever the black cauldron is. I believe you can handle this, dear B☢️MBSHELLS!"

Samus fires her Speed Beam at the monorail. All you need to do is jump in!

The beam fizzles out a car or two from the front. Likely, you’ll need to take the controls to stop this monorail… not that you know where the source is, but hopefully it’s in the Contemporary or Epcot. That’s a problem for later.

The problem facing you now are zombies dressed like the Lost Boys, vampire men dressed like emo characters from Descendants and skeletons dressed like tourists with oversized Mickey Shorts and Star Wars shirts. The tall beards skeleton is wearing Minnie Mouse ears complete with a polka-dotted bow!

All of them are pouncing at you—

…in…

…slow….

…motion…!

It looks like Samus’ speed boost beam is still affecting you! You’re moving so much faster than—

She shakes her head and dives in. "For truth, justice, and Love!" Then she gets shot out at high speed nearly slamming into a wall. She barely pulls up and gets herself into place to help her friends.

She zap, zaps with her wand doing her best to aid and attack. The attack doesn’t work so well but, her fairy dust flits onto her allies giving the, a boost of courage and strength.

As the fairy dust settles all over Casey, she unfurls her whip. Then, in a shimmering swirl of her arm, the whip lashes out at the vampires, striking fanged Mals, Evies, Carloses, and Jays. The weighted end of the whip cracks sharply into their undead bodies.
