Yes, if you'll look at the Guests thread, Grackle is already unlocked! Reading the section before that gives you a free Memento that I put there already. :D

I think Yazeba was mean to the group as a whole, but not mean to anyone specific. The argument could be made for Parish, A guest who deserved it, and A guest who doesn't. Not sure if we want to count any of those?

For the general track points, I think 2 for the greenhouse and 2 for the package (with decorative mug, new book or novelty hat)!

For the memento, how about the Backyard shelf? I see it has the option to later on unlock the attic observatory shelf, which sounds pretty cool to me. 2 additional square stickers would give us the Moon Prince as a new character and Snickerberry Season as a chapter.

The Attic Observatory shelf is home to a few Guests and several Chapters related to the Moon Prince. Here's the Prince's character sheet so you can see who you'd be making progress towards unlocking.
