CLOSED Shadowdark RPG, Adventures in Duskreach

Duskreach is an apocalyptic low magic emerging technology fantasy world. A cataclysmic event is occurring in which darkness is falling across the lands blocking out the sun's light. This ongoing event is called "The Shadowdark".

Humans have fled their homelands they now refer to as the "old world" this new unexplored continent they call "Duskland" due to these lands being the last in the fading light. The humans landed on the west coast of Duskreach and established a major city called Last Light surrounding settlements emerging. Humans are continuing to expand east chasing the dying light. This expansion has created conflict with the elves, dwarves, halflings and others that are native here.

SHADOWDARK RPG SYSTEM

Shadowdark is a mix of 5e and Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. Shadowdark is can be described as old school feel with modern sensibility. Shadowdark RPG is rules-light and intuitive. It encourages quick decisions rather than
hunting through the rulebook for answers.

The Game: I plan on running pre-made adventures in a sandbox style game. This adventure grouping will have a classic human centric fantasy tone.

Method for determining Attributes we be discussing as a group.

HP at level 1 is max then rolled for each level after L1.

General Guidelines
-Cooperative Group Play Only, No PvP.
-No Evil PCs
-Characters should be created with reasons to go on the adventurers and thus play the game.
-Characters should be created with the party in mind having reasons to trust one another and adventure together.

Game Duration: 3-6 months maybe longer depending on how things go.

Frequency: 1 post per day Mondays through Fridays. Players that want to post more frequently may do so.
Post free weekends.
