I'm gonna do what I do best: build a tank :) Going to go for a borg giant (half-giant half-clank) stalwart guardian with a wanderborne background. Since I'm doing a half ancestry, I'm also going to use purposeful design (from clank) and reach (from giant).

Thanks for the invite. Was going to look into character yesterday, but ended up with a forest hike in the rain instead. But I've played a Warrior in the one-shot I tried, so could play anything else really.

Was thinking possibly a Wildborn Goblin Ranger

If we are going with the caravan idea, he could be hired as a guide through the wild outdoors.

@Furmyr, I think a goblin ranger would be a great addition to the party. :)

It looks like most people are interested in a mostly serious tone, with room for some moments of levity, so that's what I'll strive for. Once everybody has solidified their character concepts and backstories, you can start making connections by asking the other players some of the questions in that section of your class description.

Sounds good! Do we have an idea of the setting or what broad strokes of countries/happenings are there to provide a foundation for backstories and stuff?

I was thinking to do something similar to Battlestar Galactica. Your home nation has been invaded by some overwhelming force. (An enemy nation? A monstrous tribe? Demons or devils? ALIENS?!?) The survivors have formed a caravan and are fleeing through the dangerous wilderness in search of safety and a new place to settle.

That's the broad strokes at least. Feel free to come up with any details that you'd like within that framework! :)

Phu (pronoused Fo) is a DRAKONA SLYBORNE wizard. He usally keep all his belonings on him at all time, always on the move, but he could have a cargo that was big enough to require a caravan transport. This expense have set him back to only owning 1 hand fuld of coins (starting value)

I love it! Seems really fun, Aguz would certainly fit into it I think :) I'll just make the basic bullets of my backstory for now, and then come up with the rest when we make connections.
