If you travel in a straight line to the mill, they will see you, most likely.

And back to Bughu, And what are they looking for? Oridun grins savagely, but makes no other move. Perhaps we should go ask them. He muses thoughtfully. We could also skirt around through the houses.

They're headed towards the mill as well. Or at least in that direction. If we try going around and there already some there we'll have twice as many to deal with. Best go talk with this lot first. On the word talk Oridun gives his axe a swing. Lets go quiet like. Don't shoot until we're away from the grate. You're right that we shouldn't give it away Bughu.

The archer switches to his longbow now that they're moving into open space. He follows Oridun out, looking for any ambient light from starry sky to buildings aflame to gauge his direction and distance.

Luckily the low babble of the shallow stream masks Oridun's clumsiness slightly. You get away from the grate before they notice you. Turning, they look at you for a moment before realizing that you aren't one of their own, "You are fools to be out here now. The Cult of the Dragon doesn't suffer fools," One of the raiders says, drawing a club while the kobolds prepare spears.

Bughu releases his arrow, targeting the kobold in the middle. Assuming Oridun and Perses charge, he remains where he is, a second line of defense behind the melee and in front of the spellcaster.

Bughu's arrow throws the kobold to the ground. It doesn't even have time to yell before it's life is snuffed out.

Oridun's holy fire rains down from the sky, but R1 is able to dive aside before it hits him. There is a scorched area in the earth where the man was just moments before.

Erich sights in on R1 as he dives out of the way and launches a searing bolt of fire at him.

Erich's spell flies wide and fizzles as it reaches its maximum range.

Perses rushes forward, taking a two-handed swing at K5 with his battle axe, slicing the little thing nearly in two.

Taken aback by your vicious attacks, the raiders realize that they still have the advantage of numbers and charge forward.

K2 and K4 work together, taking turns stabbing at Oridun, but his shield is able to fend them off easily.

R1 takes a swing at Oridun, hitting him on the shoulder. It doesn't quite have the effect that the man was hoping for, instead shattering his cudgel.

K1 and K6 both land slight hits on Perses (23 vs AC 16, 3 damage. 19 vs AC 16, 4 damage).

I don't see any spot to track HP on Perses' sheet. I put one on there, but I'm not sure how injured he is at the moment
R2 swings at Perses, but his cudgel is batted aside easily by the skilled warrior.

Erich mutters another incantation, flinging his hand to point at a place well behind the enemies.

Casting sleep. Starting with lowest HP, people within 20 feet fall asleep. Subtract their HP from the total rolled below. Go until there is no HP left or until all awake people have higher HP than the remaining pool.
