Catriona walks up beside Rolen, smiling at him encouragingly. She smooths her skirts out of habit. She still wears the fine clothes from home, though they are starting to look a little worse for wear. I need to get me some proper travel clothes.

Ada, as he yells at you, you realize that the stones are simple field stones. Local, and common. However, you notice they form a clear pattern. They look like parapets and towers that you would see on a castle in miniature.
What do you all want? It's the thorns and birds and stones and crowns, neh?

His ramblings seem outlandish, for sure. However, there is something about his attitude and manner of speaking. It's almost as if he is wanting to say more but is missing the words for some reason.

I'm sorry to borrow your stuff so much, but if you could spare me your tools again, I could write down as much as makes sense coming from this "source" of ours. It could help us understand his gibberish, and the baron might require it. There is no such thing as trusting your memory when faced with a flood of words.
I will make sure you are reimbursed.

Baraq observes the conversation from above, though she cannot hear what is being said. Given that it seems nothing is amiss, she continues to hover in the sky, using the thermals from the town to keep aloft.

Seeing the party follow the old man Ada shouts You guys go ahead in with out me. This pile of rubble is bothering me and in no way is a defense wall. Ada will begin to sort the rocks out and see if she can somehow managed to put pieces of stone together to resemble what they used to be.
