Looking for a Good Cyberpunk Noir Game

Hey all, I've been hankering for a cyberpunk noir game, but the two cyberpunk games that I have (Paranoia and Headspace) Just don't fit the bill. Preferably I'm looking for something with a high-narrative/drama focus. I know Shadowrun is an option for the themes but I'm unsure how it stacks up in terms of narrative focus, though I am looking for something with a bit less urban fantasy elements too it...

Suggestions?

Cyberpunk 2020 or cyberpunk 2077 could work. Nothing about Shadowrun makes it poor for narrative focus and if you dont like the fantasy stuff just dont use it. Humans only no magic.

Technoir looks really good actually, that's definitely an option! I've also found 6th World, which is a *world hack shadow run hack which could also work. Thanks for the help all!
