On checking with control about Bennetti, he is easily identified.
"Luigi Bennetti, former accountant with ABC Finance. Now retired, residing at apartment G444, Warren buffet Luxor-Pads northwest sector 13. No previous convictions, no outstanding warrants."

"Lets roll. We'll need to get there fast. Our gunman already has a headstart." Noss says simply, mounting up and heading with the other two towards this apartment. As they travel he says to the other two, "We'll need to enter with caution when we get there. I know it goes without saying, but keep your eyes open."

The Warren Buffet Luxi-Pads are comfortable looking penthouses in a high security conapt block in the affluent district of Sector 13. On arrival, Luigi Bennetti, a small stooped, balding man in his late 60's, welcomes you and is more than happy to answer questions.

Noss is somewhat surprised that this gunman wasn't ahead of them, but he hides it as he speaks to Bennetti. In a matter-of-fact tone he addresses the man.
"Citizen, your name has been mentioned in an audio recording of a planned murder. What is your affiliation with the Contralto gang, or the individuals Ridgy Dean, Georgi diBesti, and Toni Durante?" He reads the names off of his notepad.

Bennetti is very affable and open to your questions, though he looks surprised, "Murder! I'm afraid I don't know any of those names. I don't have any professional ties with the Contralto family any more, I retired from accountancy several years ago. Are you suggesting I had something to do with a murder? Oh, I'm too old for this kind of stuff."

"You are not currently a suspect. We are here because of this." Noss has Phaerin replay the audio. Once it is finished he continues. "It seems you are being targeted by a gunman for "squealing"." Noss crosses his arms. "The more you tell us the better chance we can get to him before he comes for you."

Bennetti looks alarmed when he hears the audio but afterwards he shrugs, "I'm sorry Judges, that's a terrible tragedy but I really don't recognise the voices or the names. I can't imagine why I'd be any kind of target though. What can I do anyway? I'm not relocating at my age. This place is secure but if you want to guard the building 24 hours a day, be my guest."

I don't need you to recognize voices or names sir. We need you to work with us to identify what information you may have given, and to whom, so we can stop the man who coldly put an innocent life to end. I could give two hoots about Contralto's killing each other off. The fewer of them we have to deal with, the better Judging becomes, personally. But when an executioner kills a perfectly innocent civilian, I have an issue with it. I suppose, if you won't comply with an official investigation, we could always look at having some Tekkers rig this place with innumerable cameras, sensobugs, and mics of all varieties. Then we could just sort through your days at our leisure to identify the missing information. Phenna says as she looks about the apartment. Yeah, that corner there would be just dynamite for a telescopic vidbug. What do you boys think, huh? Should I call my guy over in Tek, call in that favor?

"That isn't really a bad idea. At the very least we'd get alerted if our gunner comes knocking." Noss muses. "In the meantime lets check in on the Contralto's and see if any of them know anything about what Mr. Bennetti may have blew the whistle on." He says to Skegg and Phaerin. "I'd reduce the amount of time you spend out on the town these days." Noss remarks the the accountant.
