So I'd like to kick this off! With my character in mind, I want to put forth the idea of The Blade as a facet of the Other. Going beyond The Fury and The Rigid in its concentration on battle, The Blade calls its followers to see the art of combat, specifically with bladed weapons, as present in every area of life and the highest form of beauty. To a follower of The Blade, a sword or a bow is simply a tool in their hands in the creation and display of beauty - as close as can be attained - in this life. To them, combat is not simply a path of destruction and chaos, nor a road of rigidity and calculated deathbringing. It is a way of creation, of worship, each follower of The Blade finding their own way of displaying the beauty of The Blade in themselves - be it through the graceful arcs of twin swords or the lethal spinning and jabbing of a double-headed spear. A follower of The Blade does not concentrate on those who fall beneath their strokes, but rather on the act of doing it. Every time they polish, draw or swing their weapon, it is simultaneously a song of praise and an act of devotion to the facet they follow.
The Beauty might be a good name for this too.
