Unable to delete/modify Groups in ACP

I am unable to delete my Forum Groups in the Admin Control Panel. Clicking on [Delete] brings up [Confirm] and [Cancel], but after clicking on [Confirm] nothing happens and the group remains.

Clicking on [Edit] brings up the text field, but no changes are saved when you click the green check mark. Clicking on the red X does not quit the edit, either.

When a game is created, there is one main group created that's assigned to the main forum that you shouldn't be able to delete (and in fact, you shouldn't get a delete button for at all). I assume this is NOT the group you're talking about?

Yes, I am referring to the subgroups.
