Stat Rolls

I accidentally did 1d20s rather than 4d6 the first time, so I adjusted the post. If you prefer me to use the rolls as they are positioned on the forum stat roll, I would be more than happy to.

These are pretty mediocre rolls.

Greatest to Least: 14, 14, 10, 10, 9, 9

you can use them in whatever order

Edit - So my rolls are 17, 15, 15, 14, 12, 9

What's everyone thinking about playing?

Well, I was planning to play a magic user because I would find it quite interesting. So my idea is a Dragonborn Sorcerer. The only set back is my stat roll as I will have only have tow +2, two 0, and two -1 bonuses.

Question for the DM: Would I be able to scrap my 4d6 drop low rolls and do point buy?

STR: 11 + 2 = 13
DEX: 12 + 0 = 12
CON: 15 + 0 = 15
INT: 13 + 0 = 13
WIS: 9 + 0 = 9
CHA: 13 + 1 = 14

Dragonborn Sorcerer,

Hello All.

I am newest to the party, and am happy to just be playing, so I can give people a day or two (depending on how quickly we are wanting to start) to pick a race/class combo. I prefer wizards, but am usually pretty happy playing just about anything that the group needs. I will roll up some stats this evening, when I am back near my dice.

EDIT: Went to Random.org and was able to generate stats using 4d6, drop the lowest.

3 + 5 + 2 + 6 = 14
5 + 6 + 5 + 1 = 16
3 + 3 + 1 + 4 = 10
2 + 3 + 5 + 5 = 13
6 + 2 + 4 + 6 = 16
5 + 3 + 4 + 2 = 12.

Once classes are decided upon I will put together a character.

I'm thinking I'll go Half-Elf as a Lore Bard.

With those choices made I'm going to play a paladin. I haven't in quite a while, so it should be fun.

I was actually considering going Paladin with Oath of the Crown... It's between that and Lore Bard.

You really seemes to want to play Pally. I'll go Bard of Valor to act as a median taking AoE spells. DM, will we be leveling up to at least 4 at all?

OK so the kingdom you will be playing in is the northernmost kingdom, and is generally icy, snowy, and rocky, with several mountain ranges in it and on its border with its neighbor Traen. here is a map

Any major departures from the generic D&D setting? And what pantheon of gods do you use?
