Can't see other characters in Games Details Tab

In the Force and Destiny Beginner Game. Unsure why I can't see floating tab that others have told me about, have tried Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox, no luck.

It won't appear in the Game Details page. You can see the floating footer at the bottom of forum pages.
