Accented Characters

Looks like accented characters are not showing up properly in the forums.

No, its a encoding issue I can't seem to figure out... I just added in one adjustment; try it out?

Still looks to be off. Utazó's name isn't displaying properly in the Assassin's Heart forum. I'll have to check some more when I get home. Hate using my phone for this stuff. :-)

I'm having a lot of trouble getting encoding working properly. I keep trying to tweak it, but nothing seems to work quite right :(
