Ulfren roars, seeing the drow attack. Charging recklessly into the forward ranks, he swings his axe recklessly with furious anger.

The drow gets hit by the icey blast and turns towards Phineas and fires his crossbow, striking Phineas.

Phineas needs to make a dc 16 Con save or be poisoned, if he fails by 5 or more, he will fall unconscious.

Phineas fails to block the bolt with his shield in time, but barely even notices its poison.

The damage should be halved from Dwarven Resistance, at any rate.

Billy strolls up behind Ryyrik and slaps him on the shoulder and says, Looks like ya took quite the hit there boyo! Now I ain't much of a fighter, so ya can take my advice with a grain a salt. But it seems to me that a better strategy might be ta duck when he swings at ya. Billy turns to the Drow and wags his finger at him. As fer you! Ya oughta be ashamed of yourself. This ain't rightly yer home an ya ain't got no business attackin' my friends!

No save for this poison, but if you are resistant, that counts. The save before was for the unconscious.
I appeared to see that wrong, it hits and have adjusted the damage.

Baern is still on the ground unless he jumps in, Ulfren is up.

Phineas can't afford to wild shape - nature has made no creature so able to with stand poison as the Dwarf. His druid focus flares in the dark, biting with frost and healing with words.

OOC:

Bonus Action: healing Word on Ryyrik, healing 6 hp.
Action: Frostbite on Drow S, requires a DC 14 con check and on fail takes 1 ice damage and has disadvantage on next weapon attack
