Does Frigga know what kind of creature this heart belongs to, based on its size/shape/color/etc.?

Would she recognize the ritual, based on the details left behind? Or is it a new ritual that she would not be aware of? Or a drow ritual that she would not be privy to?

Ulfren steps out to mind the hallway, in case the occupant of this room returns.

"Well this room is certainly cheery, walls look like they could use a good scrub... not sure we should stay long." Albiofer stays near the doorway, grimacing at the alter.

Ulfren pokes his head back in the shrine room. "Maybe see if there are any notes or stuff that might point us in the right direction."

Frigga starts looking around, telling the other dwarves to come with her and help her.

Ulfren leaves the shrine and leads the way east. He retraces the group's path through the secret passage, past the smelting area, and turning east into the large hallway. He detours south across the third bridge to head for the two doors at the end.

"They must not have many guests," says Ulfren, moving to check the door to the south of the room.

Ulfren ignores the bath and heads to the door opposite the guest quarters, inwardly assuming to find more of the same. "That's gotta be a drow thing," he mumbles. "Ain't ever expected a dwarf to waste good fire on plain water."

Frigga looks at Ulfren and says, "My sweet, stupid boy! Have you never experienced the bliss of a hot spring? You should enjoy it before I decide to show you all of my glory! HAHAHAHAHAHA!" She cackles, like the old crone witch that she is, though it is in good fun!

"Finding a nat'rally-occuring hot spring is one thing," says Ulfren. "Wasting fuel just to heat up a tub is another."
