So, am I to create this character up and submit it? I don't see the submit button.

The incident really shook Larry to his core. He fixed the ledgers and turned it in, saying his farewells after collecting money from his last two runs, he bought a couple handguns and lots of ammo. He trained at the range daily while trying to get his private investigators license. Larry has decided with all of his "connections" he could do well for himself as a P.I. and he really wants to learn more about that crazy stuff that went down. He will take any jobs, but prefers ones doing with the occult. He got rid of his nice home and traded it for an office with an apartment above it. If money gets tight, he figures he can rent the apartment and live in his office. He has contacted his "friend" the book dealer and tries to read as much as he can on the strange and unusually. He usually carries a double shoulder holster now, on his left side is a Colt M1917 revolver and under his right side is a special one holding the obsidian knife from the incident. In his boot concealed is a small .380 pistol.

One comment before I tackle the rest, you only got one of the knives. The other was taken by the police as evidence. Thankfully they've not come to question you about them...yet.

Ideology: Science has all the answers. Pick a particular aspect of
interest (e.g. evolution, cryogenics, space exploration).
Meaningful person Grandparent (e.g. maternal grandmother, paternal
grandfather). - Roll d10 to see why significant
Location: The grave of a significant person. Who? (e.g. a parent, a child, a lover)
Treasured possession : A weapon (e.g. service revolver, your old hunting
rifle, the hidden knife in your boot).
Trait: A good reputation (e.g. the best after-dinner speaker
in the country, the most pious of men, fearless in the
face of danger).
You can take or leave any or all of these, but you need one element of your background that's your key, something, someone or somewhere you can use to centre yourself.
