OK no additional healing for Larry. Marc recovers 1 hp. We're now into week 2. Larry's Major Wound is now gone, so recovers 1hp/day. Marc will make another CON roll (with bonus Die) at the end of the week. Karabekian will also have been healing 1hp/day.Dec 11, 2017 11:52 pm

After looking at the will, Lukas looks over at Larry. Do we know who the executor of the will would be...or can you think of a way we could find out. It seems like that would be the place to see if this man was buried in that basement...and where..

Note as shown in the recap, the executor was the Reverand of the Church of contemplation, an abandoned and burnt out church that the investigators visited previously. Two skeletons were found in the basement along with an occult book.Dec 12, 2017 1:07 pm

The Will was written in 1865. Even if the Rev was as young as 20 at that time, he’d be in his late 70’s at least by now. Perhaps some digging into what happened at the Church might give clues, perhaps at the Police station?Dec 12, 2017 11:39 pm
As if a voice came from the sky, Lukas sits up with an idea. I wonder if the police have any more information on what went on at the church. He contacts Larry to see if he think that it is a good idea...and if he thinks any of the rest of the group would want to go along.

It does seem like there should be some way to see if this was the case...and to see if there is something inside of him. I can see if there is something in the literature I have.

Lukas determines that in most cases of possession, particularly those occurring in haunted houses, the effects only continue as long as the victim is in the vicinity of the house.

As long as Marc is not in vicinity of the house...there should be no problem. However, if we need to go back and see why there is a haunting, I guess that could be some trouble...

If it’s a standard spiritual possession, holy water and religious symbols are generally thought to be effective. Lukas can also reel off a number of objects from around the world that protect against evil . Ultimately, someone of strong will (POW) has a better chance of resisting such attacks.Jan 4, 2018 12:12 am
