Cannot make player into GM

In my current game Eberron - The Perils of Prophecy it will only allow me to make one specific character a DM, and he's not the one we want to take over. Is there a fix?

Hm... do other players not have the "Make a GM" link next to them? Or it does but doesn't work when you click on them?

All players have the Make a GM link next to them. When I click the link for the player I want to make a gm, it brings up a different player, and does the same with that specific player no matter who's link I click on.

We attempted (JoshuaMabry and I) to have him make me GM (I was the only one with the option, it sounds like) and when I get into the game panel, no one has the links next to their names at all.

I can manually change the user to a GM while I figure out what's going on.
