Love to hear all of that. It's the same approach I use in the games I run, wherein the players just need to make their choices, and make them sensibly (or not!), depending on the situation. A much better game, as every moment, trophy, and tragedy is earned, and has a lot more feel to it.

I took the static hp as well, and used the ASI to boost Ivor's Str to 20.
