A Time for Harvest Gameplay - Chapter Three

The desk sergeant asks you to take a seat and he goes off to inform the detective of your presence.
After a couple of minutes, a short overweight man with black hair in a comb-over enters the room. His brown suit is heavily creased but his black shoes are freshly polished and his thick jowls are unshaven. "What's your business?" he asks abruptly.

"Detective, we have come a long way. We feel these murders are possibly connected to some of the scientific research my team has been working on in the United States. There are possible paranormal explanations to them that we could assist you with if you are willing to trade details about the case?"

"OK, follow me," he grunts before leading down a white corridor lined with doors. The second door on the left leads to his office, a small, white-walled room lined with filing cabinets and a desk against the west wall. A window looks out to the north. There is only one spare seat and this is piled high with files, as is his desk. Once you are inside, he squeezes behind his desk and slumps into his seat.
"What do you want to know?"

"No, the brains have not been recovered. Medical examiner says a saw was used antemortem, no unusual creature could have done that. More likely moneylenders or gangsters. And plenty not mentioned in the papers, what do you know already?"
