Heartboiler still has an action to take this turn. Your earlier attack was before this round. :D
Dustin's bolt sails over Cemos's shoulder as the dwarf charges into the fight, hammer swinging, sending splats of gooey cube remnants sailing across the room. The crossbow bolt slams into the gel, ripping a large tear in the creature's figure. Just then, four glittering missiles slam into the cube, sending more splats of material flying everywhere!

Georges runs forward, and plunges his hands into the cube, trying to grab the gnome and pull him out! Stool joins him, trying desperately to pull the small figure out. With a plop, Georges and Stool fall back on their behinds, ripping the gnome guard free of the cube! As they tumble, you hear a shriek of pain from Georges as he tries wiping his hands on his cloak. Stool is equally pained!

Eldreth looks at all of you and mutters to herself. She turns and walks back towards the other deep gnomes, disengaging from the fight!

HP: Stool 18/31 | Georges 13/26

Heartboiler roars as she swings her sword towards the cube again, trying to hit the exact line she just made. She then moves and turns a bit, swinging horizontally across the cut. Haha!! The corners of her mouth start to curl up and she sounds almost happy.

Heartboiler's massive sword swings, making a large plus sign. A pair of thunder peals crack throughout the cavern, causing the remaining deep gnomes to cower back in a touch of fear. As she rips her blade back, you can see through the jelly goop on the rough metal, a series of deep runes in an unknown language light up in a flickering blue-purple. You see a halo of light swirl around the towering woman, giving her an eerily terrifying countenance.

The giant cube of jelly quivers once before melting down into a puddle.

However, no sooner than that happens, you see a shimmer of light try to surround Heartboiler and Cemos as a second cube presses forward! The creature slides forces Heartboiler and Cemos both backwards 5 feet, pushing further into the cavern.

Your side is up!

Aha! the fun isn't over yet! Heartboiler yells excitedly as she is pushed back by the cube. She draws back her sword as far as possible and then stabs it into the jello. Instead of pulling it back out she cuts up through the cube, swinging it over her head as it breaks free, splattering snotty stuff everywhere.

Heartboiler slashes away at the new jelly creature as Bildaweer's missiles pummel it, causing ripples to slip across the surface. Each of Heartboiler's strikes causes peals of thunder to roll through the cavern again. Cemos swings and hits, but as he does so, his footing slips and he drops to one knee before standing back up with a weak attempt at a strike that goes wide. Dustin shoots off another bolt, causing even more damage to the blob. Georges and Stool manage to shakily make their way back to their feet, but appear injured and unable to hold their weapons!

The jelly extends out a long sticky arm, trying to slap Heartboiler! Expecting the attack, she whirls and dodges the appendage with a grace unexpected of her frame.

PCs are up! This thing looks badly wounded, if you can call a giant jell-o cube wounded.....

Between the twinkling missiles sailing out of Bildaweer's arcane hands and then the devastating exclamation point put on the combat by Heartboiler, the last jelly explodes into a shower of gelatin.

Combat Over!

As Cemos jogs over to Stool and Georges, they stand, helping the guard up.

You have my thanks, surfacers. I should have introduced myself properly earlier. The name is Mev Flintknapper. Look, you all hauled my hide out of that jelly. Take this token, it'll show those here that you've earned my trust. These ooze incursions, they are happening more frequently as of late. They all seem to be going northwest of the inner city.

WOOO! Now that's a great way of entertaining visitors, eh?! Heartboiler pushes against Bildaweer's shoulder, a huge smile on her face. She puts her sword away and bounces over to Cemos, lifting him into a big hug. You were brilliant! It was a pleasure fighting with you! And you two... she looks over at Stool and Georges Fantastic how you pulled this guy out! she waves at the guard. Going northwest you say? Can we go? Please can we go there next?! I want to do this again! she jumps up and down, clapping her hands.
OOC:
dropped rage, bouncing is more important^^

Dustin puts the hand crossbow away and also congratulates the team.

He heads over to check on the saved gnome then looks to Heartboiler. He was indeed impressed wondering what she was to cause thunder the way she did.
