Once again, Qavez launches an arrow at the ogre, trying to support the crazy dwarf.

The arrow pierces her other leg, which begins pouring blood. The ogre stumbles to her knees, and with her remaining strength tries to grab the pesky dwarf and crush him.

Chanler begins making frantic gestures towards the ogre. "Let him go!" He yells as once again, invisible hands begin to tickle.

Seeing Iolgur in danger, Xed attempts a flying leap towards the ogre, smacking it with her stick. "Whoops!" She then goes to kick its ankle.

Xed flies through the air, landing on Iolgur's shoulders. She swings her bo at the ogre's laughing face, which falls silent. Unfortunately, as the creature dies it falls face-forward, trapping Iolgur beneath. It smells terrible.

As the Ogre falls the shadows that had wrapped themselves around it slink off and creep over the floor back towards Xalvador before seeming to merge with his shadow.
"Well, that was bracing" he says to the others before focusing on Iolgur "Oh, do you need a hand there?" he says as he moves to assist the dwarf.

"Thanks," says Iolgur as he stands up with Xalvador's help. He immediately checks his mohawk, fixes it the best he can right now and goes to grab his equipment. "We should go further, and hurry. Who knows what has happened to the old man while we were busy getting our faces smashed." He turns to Maru. "Thanks for your help. You fight well, and it seems you have your own reasons to kill some greenskins. There are likely more of them further down the cave. Would you come with us? I'm sure none will object." He looks at the other party members to see if they do.

Xed looks at Maru. "Hi! You’re late. Weren’t you wearing a hat the other day?" Confused, she gives up trying to figure out how or why this one showed up Now instead of Before.

Noting that the battle seems over, Qavez walks into the cave and passes the others to investigate its interior, and collect any arrows he can find.

Chanler carefully slides Morak's sword back into its sheath. "Who's wounded the worst? I have a small amount of healing magic to spare, but I have to save some for Nestor, so I only have enough for one person."
