Locations of back to forum & mark read link swap

Would it be possible to move the "Back to the forum" link from the top of the page to the bottom? As it stands now, when I finish reading the posts in the thread, I have to scroll all the way to the top to click the "Go Back", or I could click on the breadcrumbs which is already at the top.

Also, can we put the "Mark forum as read" at the top instead of the bottom? All the threads with new posts are at the top, so to mark them as read I have to scroll all the way to the bottom.

The placement of these two links seem backwards to me.

Or even better yet, have it at both the top and bottom? ;)

Usually, mark read links are at the bottom of a forum, as they're coupled with other administrative functions, which is largely true in this case. I can see the argument for having it at the top too. And yes, "Back to the forum" links should be at the bottom too.
