Do we get to place these stats in whichever abilities we want or just take them in order (STR, DEX, etc)

Question: Do I have to accept the stats in the positions rolled, or can I rearrange?
In other words, am I stuck with this:
STR 11
DEX 16
CON 15
INT 11
WIS 15
CHA 14
Or can I choose which ability gets which score?
