So dice and the book are on preorder. I think the FFG Star Wars dice would work. Anyone interested in trying out the system once it's out?

Not really FFG's shipment was 'On the Boat' last time I checked.

Happy to try it out -- interesting that they've gone for a Generic system once they've had a success with an existing one. It's a path we've seen more commonly of late (versus say, the GURPs approach which was to be generic from the get-go).

I hadn't read about how they are doing Magic until recently. Sounds pretty awesome. Very Force Power-like but linked to the "regular" Skill check process instead of having its own special dice - which is great. A unified system. I especially like the idea of the Implements, or whatever they were called.

Look forward to checking it out.

Uh... okay just got a notice it's shipping to my home address now for the book and dice. Anyone else? Tracking Number not in the system yet for updates it seems though.

It wasn't coming in to my FLGS, and then I made the mistake of asking for it for X-mas. So I won't have my copy until X-mas... after that tho...
