Still here. The wait is actually been a blessing for me. A lot has been going on with me as well and I think I may have dropped from the game if it had started earlier. Silver lining I guess.

Probably going to be ~February before sanity /pretends/ to creep back into my life. Off to a conference this weekend for most of the week and then I'm sure I'll be slammed again with work as I catch back up.

Hey everyone, I'm going to drop out of this game in order to take up another opportunity. Hope it turns out great!

Just checking in -- conference in Hawaii went well, but, as advertised ate up a lot of my time. I'm in recovery phase now. Hopeful things settle down here in a little bit. I think we're still looking at a week or two before I can get meaningfully rolling with this and feel like I can post nightly.

Hey folks -- checking in. I keep thinking that "this is the week it clears up" -- and unfortunately it's not. It's possible things will get more sane when I've hired another exec onto the team, but I think the reality is that this game needs to officially pause until work gets less crazy.

Realistically, I probably can't plan for that to be true before April at this point -- so if you guys like, we can just kill the game for now, and I can spin it back up in the future. That way you don't feel an obligation to keep checking in and if you want to pick up another game you can.

I'm inclined to do that -- but I'll keep the game open if you'd prefer and would like to use it as a place to chat, and do a little low key roleplaying / worldbuilding in the character creation thread...

I'm fine either way. I get work. I might be done with my one shots for Genesys by then and trying a few other ideas for the system as well.

No worries at all! I'm also fine either way. If we kill the game off, we all still have our characters and haven't really started, so its not like we'd lose anything. I'd still like to give the game a go, so I'd always be up for an invite to dive into the system.

I good either way as well. I do not see many Numenera games pop up so I would like to keep my place here. Can't wait to not talk to all your characters.

Hey folks -- I'll keep this forum alive for now -- but assume it's on ice until further notice. I'll check in again after spring break (April 13th or so) and will see how work's treating me then. My assumption is that it's not going to change significantly. But I'll check in.

Short version: I'll check back in in about a month and give a heads up, however the outlook isn't awesome.
